Dr Koch and his team are very professional and explained the procedure and what to expect after and all the things to do for a good recovery.

Dr Koch time with me, answering my many questions before giving me shots in my knees were appreciated. His approach for shots were the best I ever had.

My first consultation was enlightening and assuring. Dr. Koch exhibited sincere concern for my condition and mapped out a plan that will lead to my wellness. The Ladies at the Front Desk were "welcoming and assuring". They created the environment for me to hear Dr. Koch and receive his instructions. I look forward to Successful Results!!!

I came to my appointment expecting to be seen by a foot and ankle specialist only to find out that Dr. Koch was a knee doctor. He continued to evaluate my ankle regardless of the fact he was not the doctor to determine any treatment and then explained that my problem was related to my weight, asked me if I had type 2 diabetes and then when I replied no his reply was "it was in my future and type 2 diabetes is preventable ." He shook my hand and very courteously said I would need to schedule another appointment with the foot and ankle doctor. I left in the same condition I came in (Pain) with no explanation other than fat shaming me. Highly dissatisfied

It’s the only place to go to when you need the Best. My Dr Brian Koch is the Best!

Very quick getting in to see the Dr. I could barely walk when I got there, after a treatment was good as new.

Dr Koch has performed 2 knee surgeries for me. He listened to my concerns, told me exactly what to expect, was thorough and precise, and I trust his judgment completely. Has a great team.

Dr Koch has done "2" major surgeries for me, I have RA and my joints are quite distorted. I just had shoulder replacement that I'd suffered from over 7 years, my fault for delaying but after almost having a heart attack brought on by the increased pain becoming quite debilitating I went in to have it done. Dr Koch was very nice and got it done in a matter of weeks. I left hospital "OFF" Pain medication for first time in 7 years. I can't sing his or his staff enough praises.Thank You for all you do.

I have found that there is not a better group of Doctors and their staff when it comes to listening to the patients and suggesting the best way to take care of the patient’s concerns. I would rescind this group to any body, especially my relatives and friends!

TOA is the best! Dr. Koch has done surgery on my right knee before and it felt so much better after. Their Hendersonville office building is so beautiful and clean. I love how they have the doctors offices, Physical Therapy, and MRI all in the same place. The staff and doctors are always very nice and know what their doing!! I've also never had to wait long either! Would highly recommend!!

Not only is Dr. Koch excellent in his profession, he is extremely kind. His staff is kind, you can tell that they all enjoy their work, and pass that along to their patients. Dr. Koch has done 2 surgeries for my daughter when she tore her ACL several years ago, he was just as kind and great then as he has been to me recently when I needed care for a knee problem.

Dr. Koch Instill confidence in him the minute he walks in the room, not only had I received excellent reports about him all day after meeting him I was certain that he would take good care of me. Everyone involved in my surgery, explained in detail everything I could expect, and I went into the surgery feeling very positive about the outcome Another thing that I really enjoyed seeing was the teamwork. It was very evident they have all worked together sometime because where one would leave off another one would pick it right up I would most certainly recommend Dr Koch and his Superteam ❤️

It was my yearly review for my total knee replacement surgery’s. Right knee done November/30/2021. Left total knee replacement surgery done on March/30/2022. Very Happy with the out come. Very pleased with the job Dr. Koch did. Shoulders you have to be replaced in the next year or two. Dr. Koch will do them also.

I have had the very best care from each Doctor seen at TOA. Dr. Brian Koch repaired my Right Rotator Cuff tear and has since treated me for my hip and knee. He is very kind, thorough and gentle with an injection. I will recommend him to anyone for the best care.

Visit was handled very quickly with no waiting time. Dr. Koch was very friendly and helpful. If needed I would return again. Facilities are beautiful. Having X-ray developed and read there is great.

In 2021 I went with a friend of mine who was seeing Dr. Koch after an accident she had had. I was so impressed with the way he handled her injury and how much he seem to care that I changed orthopedist. After years of knee pain I went to see him in early 2022, for the first time. I’ve seen numerous orthopedist over the years, and this is the first time I felt that anyone actually heard me. He cared about my pain, explained all of my options and gave was honest about my options. He is a super nice and caring individual, and will refer everyone to him.

Dr. Koch is always very attentive and addresses any concern I might have in a concise, easy to understand manner. Great combination of caring doctor and surgical expertise!

Dr. Koch has performed two surgeries on me, one knee and one rotator cuff repair. Excellent communication and results throughout. If I ever need work on a knee or shoulder again, Dr. Koch will be the one to do it.

The Dr. was in the room maybe 3 minutes, and that is being generous. To be honest, I feel like it was wasted time and money. I learned more about what is going on inside my knee from watching a Johns Hopkins video online. I had chance to recommend Dr. Koch yesterday, but I did not.

Best service I believe you can receive for orthopedic problems, M.D. Koch is very personable and shows concern for your health. Also the therapy is excellent and the therapist are excellent!

Dr. Koch and the Urgent Care staff I had seen previously were all friendly, actively engaged and listening to my concerns and I felt at ease immediately.

Went smoothly & sucessfully

Dr. Koch replaced my L knee in August and it is doing great! I will have R knee replaced in late Summer with him. He is very personable but professional and is a great orthopedic surgeon whom I highly recommend.

I came in with a swollen, tender knee. X-rays we’re done right in the office. Dr Koch came in and explained the findings of my X-rays and told me the best course of treatment for my situation. He was able to drain fluid off of my knee and give me a steroid injection during the same appointment. I started seeing improvement right away. I highly recommend Dr Koch and the staff at TOA.

I had same day hip replacement surgery on March 2. I am in unbearable pain and unable to perform daily tasks. The medication is giving me limited relief.

Love Dr Koch I have been a patient for a few yews now and have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff!!!

Dr. Koch provided fast relief for my shoulder pain with a steroid shot and was very kind and conservative in his reccomendation that I would eventually need shoulder replAcement. He was easy to talk to and genuinely concerned! Totally encourage anyone to put their confidence in Dr Koch!

Dr Koch was timely and attentive. The staff was courteous and professional. I have prior knowledge of Dr Koch as he performed surgery on my daughter when she was a high school basketball player. We were pleased with him at that time as well.

Very good experience. Total knee replacement 8 weeks ago. Every thing going goo so far. I am going back to work Monday. I mowed yard today. Dr Koch said to do what I felt like I could do. Dr Koch and his staff were wonderful. Loved the fact that I could do physical therapy under same umbrella. It made it very easy with appointments and insurance. P T staff wonderful I had Amanda for p t. She was great. Second surgery at TOA. Hope I don’t need another but if I do I know where I will go and who I would ask to do it.

I’ve been going to Dr. Koch for about ten years and he has operated on me several times with great success. Furthermore, he has a warm and wonderful manner that is always reassuring. I have recommended him to others and they too have appreciated his professionalism.

Unusual and unfortunate long wait but was due to an emergency. Dr Koch is the best most patient and understanding physician around.

Good bedside behavior. Friendly and efficient. So far I've been happy with the service he had provided
