My experience (this was back in 2002 roughly) has left me with nearly crippling anxiety when it comes to dentists now. After having wisdom teeth extracted (which was a horrific experience in the first place as he waited until the nitrous oxide was leaving my system before starting to work), I of course went back for a follow-up. At this appointment he told me I had an abscess and that the tooth had to be pulled right then and there. I panicked and left without getting work done. I found out later that a dentist should NEVER pull a tooth when there's an active infection, it has to be cleared up first. This was NOT what he was going to do. Additionally, there never WAS an abscess, he just wanted money for pulling a tooth. I still have the tooth, there's nothing wrong with the tooth, never HAS been anything wrong with the tooth, and he's a liar that takes advantage of patients.
Went so fast I couldn't believe it. I give this Doctor an OS for Outstanding..
I had 12 teeth extracted some years ago it was less than 10 minutes to get them out. No pain. Everyone there was very professional, knowledgeable, very caring people. I have highly recommended this place to alot of people.
went to this place for first time to get upper teeth removed. I was sick with anxiety. Dr Kelly removed 8 teeth. after seeing some of these reviews here I'm shocked. everything went perfect with me. I trusted him immediately. After he numbed my mouth each extraction was pretty quick. I didn't suffer any pain at all. I was so scared. before I knew it, it was all over. I'm having trouble with a lower tooth now and will be calling him again.
Disgusting office and my son had 4 wisdom teeth pulled. We waited forever and my son suffered weeks due to this dentist. I wouldn't take my dog here! The filth of the place was appalling to say the least. The staff was not attentive to any of the scared patients and one older lady waiting was so terrified as they did not inform her that she would have just novocaine and not be asleep. I am disgusted beyond words.
Their was one girl that went before me and he put a numbing shot in her mouth and started yanking the teeth before it even numbed up. She asked if they could wait a little bit so that the numbing could take effect and he said it should be good enough by now. When he started pulling she screamed out of paon and he said now you ruined the rest of my day and told her to leave, even though she had five teeth that were in extreme pain for her that he needed to pull; he made her go leave after just 2. With me he was pretty rude. I should have had my teeth pulled today but he was way behind schedule. I waited 2 and a half hours befores i was seen. When he took me back and looked at my x-ray all he did was Circle the two teeth explained what he needs to do by cuting the gums to get them and showed me where my nerves are. He explained to me that if he hits a nerve, theirs a chance the entire lower part of my face could become temporarily numb for a few days but their were also chances it could be permanently numb for life. I asked what are the chances of that happening and should i be worried that it might, and he said...well theirs a chance. Way to make me feel comfortable about the procedure! Huh? I only saw him for 2 minutes after waiting for 2.5 hours, and was told to reschedule the appointment. I said I thought you were going to see me today; and he said "I'm seeing you right now, aren't I?" I asked if I would be able to keep my teeth after they are pulled and he rudly straight up told me "No". His attitude was very poor and the way he treated the girl and another woman before me was very unprofessional and rude. Both women before me spoke with me outside after we all left and they both had bad experience's as well. Neither of them or myself decided to return for the rest of our work. Smh. Dr. Kelly is great, so is the staff. I just hate when I make one flinch or moan or cry and he says ok we’re done lol. I couldn’t get my molar taken out because I still felt the pain after he numb it numerous of times all my wisdoms came out with no pain I didn’t even know they were out until he showed me each one and it was so quick. I will be calling him today to try the molar again. His brother is also great. Dr. Kelly is great, so is the staff. I just hate when I make one flinch or moan or cry and he says ok we’re done lol. I'm terrified of the dentist and was crying, shaking and after getting numbed up I apologized profusely for reacting so harshly because I was embarrassed and Dr.Kelly had no empathy WHATSOEVER...all he says is if I yelled I'd be thrown out! His exact words were " we don't tolerate that!" Then I looked at his assistant and apologized again and she rolled her eyes at me. Very rude I'm terrified of the dentist and was crying, shaking and after getting numbed up I apologized profusely for reacting so harshly because I was embarrassed and Dr.Kelly had no empathy WHATSOEVER...all he says is if I yelled I'd be thrown out! … More
If I could I would give this place a rating of 0 stars. After driving about an hour all the way to this "office" if you can actually call it that, once we arrived I looked over and couldn't believe I was getting my wisdom teeth removed here. Anyways I walked up to the counter at 10:20am and told them I was here for my appointment at 10:30am, the two ladies looked at us blankly and said "oh he threw out his back AGAIN he will not be coming in for your appointment" I calmly asked why didn't you call us before we drove all the way here? And they said "we didn't get to your name YET." Are they calling people in the afternoon first or what! Wouldn't it only make sense to call the people that have the soonest appointments first? I was furious but almost relived in a way because the office looked extremely filthy and I do not feel comfortable letting this dentist do any work on my mouth. I also took off of college and work for this appointment and recovery time which is very inconvenient for me, my mother also took off work to drive me back and forth. My experience was extremely unprofessional, the two ladies also explained to us how he never knows when his back is going to go out, it's an on going problem, I sure hope it doesn't go out while someone's surgery. I do not recommend this office to anyone I would rather pay out of pocket then go there. If I could I would give this place a rating of 0 stars. I went here to get a consult done. I needed a molar checked and I also wanted to know how much it was going to be to get my 4 wisdom teeth removed. As soon as I drove to the place I noticed it was like a dungeon. I walked in very slowly in disbelief that this is a surgeons quarters... As I walk in slowly looking all around me in the musty humid room the nurses looked at me if I was on the wrong side of town. (I'm Hispanic) She asked for my name and gave me paperwork that wasn't even Microsoft Word printed! It was like a notepad! I felt so much anxiety then and thought maybe I'm just over reacting. The doors were creaky and so were the floors. As i got called back they checked my blood pressure with a wrist wrap. Never seen that before but it was fine. Then into a dirty disgusting small room. The chair wasn't even clean. I looked straight in and you can see mold on the edges of the floor and on the air vents. The floor was stained and unclean. The walls were dirty. As I sat down on the chair to wait for the "doctor" I looked to my right to see his "instruments" and he had a needle of what I assume was Local Anesthetic with other instruments to check your teeth. Nauseous and anxious I sat there. He didn't even take an X-ray to see what this white thing under my molar tooth was. I was told he should take a better x-ray than the orthodontists have so he can see better what it is. Just poked around and was very rude about what he was saying that I couldn't understand. I wanted to know how much it would be for my 4 wisdom teeth to be extracted and how it could be done. He told me there is a risk of a hole being made on my top two to my sinus way and that would need another procedure to be fixed in case that happened and on the other 2 it could be a possibility that my nerve that gives me feeling to my teeth, gums, tongue, and lips could be affected/hit and that i could loose feeling temporarily or permanently. I don't trust him to begin with and now I have to trust that he won't mess up my nerves or my sinuses!? No.. no.. no. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Sloppy, dirty, and unprofessional. As soon as I got out i took a deep breath and couldn't believe anything. I wasted my gas and my time. I went here to get a consult done. I never give reviews online, but my experience with Dr. Kelley was so wonderful that I had to share! My appointment was right on time, they got me in immediately after the paperwork. He made sure to explain the procedure to me not only before, but during as well. He walked me through everything and made sure I understood and felt comfortable. I hardly felt my wisdom teeth being pulled, and it went so fast! Dr. Kelley has a great personality and relieved any anxiety I had before going into this procedure. Thank you! Dr Kelly and his team were terrific. I Read the reviews before I had my appointment, so here's my conclusion. No its not a big super sky scraper dental clinic it's a small little building. Dr Kelley Extracts teeth that's all that he does, and he's very good at it. I was comfortable and he was very thorough. I had my X-rays plus extractions I was in and out 30 minutes. I'd recommend him to anyone he gets the job done and he's quick and professional. Dr Kelly and his team were terrific. I Read the reviews before I had my appointment, so here's my conclusion. I was referred there to have all my teeth pulled so that I could get dentures, I went today and I had a bad vibe to start, It is a tiny office that looks like a fly by night type place that could all be packed up and gone in a day! They all didn't seem to have a clue as to why I was there in the first place (disturbing) I got back into the dental office itself and I was less then impressed, Dirty sink, Taped up dental chair. He was rude and totally refused to fix my mouth, I would never go back
I just came from having a tooth pulled by Dr. Kelley, and I couldn't be happier. The staff and the doctor were all courteous, efficient, friendly, and capable. The procedure was over so quickly that I thought he hadn't even begun it yet. They were all happy to answer all my questions and concerns. My jaw is still perfectly numb over 2 hours later (they said expect that for 4-6 hours). I would definitely recommend Dr. Kelley to both family and friends.
Sat in the waiting room for over an hour with my elderly grandmother. She had to take a valium to come to her appointment and by the time they got her back at 10:45 for her 9:20 appt it had worn off completely. Safe yourself some time and go somewhere that pays a little more attention to how they are scheduling their patients.

From reading other reviews I was worried about going under the knife of this "butcher", I will say the aesthetics of his office didn't really help with this image. I went in to have a fully impacted tooth covered by the gums; a partially impacted tooth, and a malformed tooth removed. I don't know whether to credit Dr. Kelley for his skill and temperament or myself for my innate X-men power(healing factor and high pain tolerance), but the surgical extraction was a lot smoother than I had anticipated. I was completely relaxed during most of the extraction, Dr. Kelley talked me through the process, but I was completely in another place most of the time. The script for pain meds hasn't been really necessary, but it does help. I've been to several dentist over seven or eight ears to have these teeth removed, but either for financial reasons or changes in or lack of insurance I never got them done and pretty much went through phases where I felt like I was going to die. Dental Associates wanted to remove the teeth across two visits, Dr. Kelley did it in one. I walked out of his office with the biggest smile on my face with blood running out of my lips. It was honestly a pleasant experience for a dental visit. I have already recommened Dr. Kkelley
I had an appointment to get 4 wisdom teeth pulled this place was so dirty and un like any other office I've ever seen in my life the smallest dentist lets just say I left without even getting looked at after driving 2 hours there to turn around and leave!!! Awful do not go here!!
Having a fear of needles, I made arrangements for nitrous oxide (which had to be paid out of pocket) to be used. It wasn't until I was coming OFF the nitrous that any work was started leaving me feel everything as my wisdom teeth were pulled. Then, I had to return for a followup and was told I had an abscess and needed another tooth pulled. I left without having any work done and found out from another dentist that it wasn't an abscess but a hole in my sinus cavity from my previous procedure.

I am so afraid of dentists period and I had to get 17 teeth pulled. I was referred to Dr. Brian Kelley and the experience all though emotional was very calming. I paid extra for the laughing gas, got a prescription from my doctor to take the edge off and was numbed very well by Dr. Kelley. He talked throughout the procedure to let me know what he was doing. It has been 10 days now since the extraction with zero problems. Thank you so much Dr. Kelley. I am so afraid of dentists period and I had to get 17 teeth pulled. I've been going to Dr. Kelley to have multiple teeth pulled. He is the most efficient and BEST dentist that I've experienced in pulling teeth. He always makes sure that I am completely numbed up and comfortable. His office also gives the option of getting "laughing gas" before a procedure to calm any fears of dentists or the dental work being done. Which most dentists DO NOT offer. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUTCHER!! Had a tooth extracted on a Thursday, and was in terrible pain all weekend. When I called on Monday to let them know, as there is no place to leave a message for the office, or even an emergency contact number, I was told I could not get in until Tuesday. I was also promised a call back on Monday that the person answering the phone would contact the Dr and call me back, and I received no call. I went to the appointment on Tuesday, and this whack job did nothing for me. Nothing, told me to take something over the counter that I advised him I was allergic to, and when I told him about my allergy he said he guesses I will just have to deal with the pain. I would rather pay out of pocket to have dental work done than to EVER go back to this idiot. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUTCHER!! Had a tooth extracted on a Thursday, and was in terrible pain all weekend.
