Mr. Brian K Iriye

The most humble of men. My doctor sent me to Dr. Iriye after two failed pregnancies. When he entered the room he introduced himself only as Brian. He spoke with my husband as I was still crying over the loss of our second baby. These are the words he spoke to my husband; "She isn't ready to hear this now so I will tell you. When you two are ready, I can help get you pregnant and help bring the baby to term." We had to go to him twice and we have two beautiful sons to show for it. They are 17 and 14 now. Dr Iriye is the best in the business, he is so professional and knows his stuff. We love Dr. Iriye.

I cannot remember my drs name but she was a woman and I felt like she made a RACIST COMMENT towards me

Dr. Iriye is a down to earth doctor that will work with you to achieve your goals with safety of mother and baby in mind. He will explain your condition and the best options. His bedside manner is excellent and he is a very caring, supportive, and empathetic doctor that is passionate about helping mother's have the safest and healthiest delivery possible. I will never forget him and how he helped in my situation with the birth of my daughter and buying more time for her in my womb.

Dr. Iriye is amazing! Highly recommend the entire center and staff. He listens to everything and pays attention to your needs.

He was THE ONLY physician in Las Vegas to be able to give me an actual answer to my several miscarriages. He gave me the correct treatment for it and I was able to become a mom. I am forever grateful to Dr. Iriye and his staff, God bless.

Extremely arrogant. Thinks he is the smartest doctor in Las Vegas and does not consult with others in town. Missed multiple issues with baby and warning signs. Going to him was the biggest mistake.

Dr. Iriye helped us bring two beautiful, healthy baby boys into the world.

Great practice with outstanding bed side manner in a time in my life where fear was first and foremost. I was diagnosed with a shortened cervix AND high blood pressure at 24 weeks both pretty serious signs of preterm birth. I was admitted to the hospital for bed rest for the term of the pregnancy and each day I had a discussion with one of the HRP/ doctors and or Dr Iriye on my status and most importantly they all gave a little pep talk to keep me going to the next day. Dr. Iryie would come in and talk sports and life events to remind me there was a world outside my hospital room and bring a littlle bit of levity to my situation. The babies were born at 31 weeks and are now 5 months old just as beautiful and perfect as can be...Thank you High Risk Pregnancy!!

I have high respect for Dr. Iriye, but the big problem is his front desk staff, specifically Colleen at 7 Hills office. I have been a patient there for several years now and every time I have to speak with Colleen I strongly want to drop this practice and find another high risk pregnancy center. We, high risk patients, already have enough stress in our lifes but to deal with a very rude, heartless, insensitive person like Colleen. It is very unprofessional for her to show that she is highly bothered and inconvenienced by any questions or requests that come from a patient. It is very sad that the office reputation is suffering because of people like Colleen.

I was referred to Dr. Iriye because I was over 35 years old. He delivered my daughter safely and healthy at 36 weeks due to a loss of amniotic fluid. I went on to suffer 4 miscarriages in 4years time. I think he was just as devastated as my husband and I. I had to have 2 D&C's. Due to a glitch with my insurance, I was going to have to wait two days to have the procedure. I didn't want to carry a dead baby. He jumped through hoops to make sure I got my surgery that day, as to not have to suffer any further. I received follow up phone calls over the weekend, no less to check on me. Anytime I had a problem, which unfortunately happened frequently, he was always available to take care of my needs. Miraculously, I got pregnant for the 5th time. I was monitored very closely. At about 32 weeks a problem was discovered with my son's heart valve. He closely watched it and consulted with a ped cardiologist. My son was born healthy, all thanks to Dr. Iriye's knowledge, skills and compassion. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

I work in healthcare administration, so I know about most of the doctors in Vegas. Dr. Iriye is truly exceptional, caring, and very knowledgeable. He is definitely one of the best not only in the city but also on a national level. On each of my visits, he knows my chart front to back and is able to answer all questions (even the most obscure). Wonderful clinical skills and bedside manner. I would highly highly recommend him.

he works at 3 defferent locations, but I love to go here even is far away. the staff are so nice.I love Dr. iriye, he is patient & his manner calms me down. I had tweens pregnancy & C-section & am really satisfide

Dr Iriye knows what he is doing. He puts you at ease, as his practice is for those with complications during pregnancy. He is knowledgeable and a straight shooter, with a great bedside manner. I have a feeling that the 'poor' review is due to the patient not hearing what they wanted to hear, but hearing the truth.
