Walking Pain Free and Back to Line Dancing! I was having an unbearable amount of pain in my hip. I’m in my mid-30s, and I was walking like I was in my mid-80s. A pain that was with me for almost a year, never healed, and seemed to only get worse when I would work out or go line dancing. I had never been to a Chiropractor before, so I thought, maybe I need an adjustment on my hip or something. I was recommended to Dr. Gray by my insurance, after searching for Chiropractors in my network. I spoke to Dr. Gray himself. He has a small office and handles most things. (Which was a little refreshing instead of walking into a busy office and feeling like a number.) From the moment I walked into his office, he asked questions, he listened, and then asked more follow-up questions so he could see and evaluate the area. I felt like I hit the jackpot with Dr. Gray! He told me he specialized in soft tissue, and he believed that I had just aggravated the muscle to the point that it’s inflamed and won’t heal without some help. He formulated a plan for my hip. By the 2nd week, I was feeling about 50% better. By the 3rd week, I couldn’t believe that I was walking around and feeling about 85-90% better. He gave me the go ahead this past week to “test out” my hip and do some line dancing, walking, as well as some strength training. So far so good! Dr Gray is extremely knowledgeable in his field, and is great at listening to your concerns before he begins treatment. Several times he has helped my husband that suffers from a bad back, and has had wonderful results. Dr Gray gives advice and things to do on your own. I appreciate that because he is not just padding his wallet. He really cares about his patient's health. He has also done amazing work helping several friends with shoulder and knee issues. They have re-gained mobility that they thought wouldn't be possible. I always recommend him to anyone that I know who is suffering from joint or muscle pain!! After 40 years, I have found the most professional and educated chiropractor, Dr. Gray. An excellent diagnostician, Dr. Gray finds the area that needs work and treats it appropriately. In the past I have seen a pain management physician, which is a great help but most expensive and takes much time. Dr. Gray, through manipulation, acupuncture, heat, massage, and exercise, has me feeling pain free within two weeks. I see him at least once every other month to keep my body aligned. #1 chiro.

I have been going to Dr. Gray for years. I have attendees to injury my back, neck and/or shoulder trying to hold on to my youth. He aways gets me back feeling 100%.

Go see this man for your chiropractic needs. He is great and explains everything he is doing. No extra services, doesn't try to sell you snake oil. All around good guy

Dr. Gray has a wealth of well rounded knowledge, an easy, friendly demeanor, explains everything and answers all of your questions. I really like that he teaches the patient to do all they can to help themselves through home therapies, exercises and stretches. I can tell he truly cares about my health and happiness. He has been a great help to me when other doctors have failed.

So Grateful. After suffering with middle back pain for 3 years Dr. Gray was the only doctor that correctly diagnosed the problem. I had spent so much time and money to try and find relief. Dr. Gray was great and sent me for some special shots which helped with the severe pain and then he fixed the rib problems in 5 visits. It's been 6 months and I am still pain free. Dr. Gray is the BEST!!

Dr. Gray takes the time to explain things in an easy to understand manner with visual aids. He is very caring and takes the time to answer all questions. He listens first and then does his examination. His treatment starts with exercises. He treated me in the office for a few weeks and said that if I don't show improvement then he will refer me out to another doctor. Thankfully I was cured in 4 weeks, 8 visits and he then released me and told me to call with any problems or questions.
