I don't have any bad experiences with my care provider, Dr. Fong explained very well my condition regarding my health issues. He is very considerate on my dissability bec. Im hard of hearing. I felt happy with his explanations and never felt worry. I'm sure I will be better with his treatment. Thank you!

Good experience. I wish the appointment could have been done months sooner. It was easy to make the appointment, but I had to wait months.

The urologist is impressively skilled. He is on transmit rather than receive.

It took 6 -7 weeks to get an appointment. I would have thought that the office would have sent me a reminder to schedule as am to see the doctor every year. Office personnel and nurse were good but the doctor was very impersonal and seemed to want the visit to be as short as possible. Probably with me less than two minutes.

I trust Dr. Fong and his team. They have taken great care of me and helped me become free of kidney stones. I have a lot of respect for him. His office staff is amazing as well. They are always super friendly and work to squeeze in an emergency appointment if needed.

In my last visit, Dr Fong did spend time talking about the status of my current condition and answering questions that I had. In many of my previous appointments, I felt he did not spend enough time talking with me about my situation or allowing me to get all my questions answered. I felt like the appointments were rushed. I believe him to be very knowledgeable and to be an excellent surgeon.

Dr Fong saved my life.

If you have an enlarged prostate, BPH, and get up to pee too often in the middle of the night Dr. Fong is the urologist to see. I was treated with pills for a number of years but eventually they didn't work as well. Recently Dr. Fong performed prostate surgery on me using the Holmium laser. The results have been excellent so far and I'm glad I chose him for this procedure. He spent as much time as I wanted answering all my questions both before and after the surgery. His surgery coordinator, Shelby, was also super responsive to any inquiries I had. There are many advantages to the Holmium laser and not many doctors have been trained to use it. Some men go to the Mayo clinic to get it done but I only needed to go to Everett to see Dr. Fong. (9 month update--still really happy I got the procedure done. I only get up once a night so I'm sleeping better and because I can go 4-5 hours without needing a "pit" stop my life is much more normal now. Wish I had this done a few years earlier.) Dr. Fong performed a prostetectomy on me five years ago due to prostate cancer. To this day, I am still impotent and incontinent despite following his instructions. He is not to be trusted!

Dr Fong is arrogant and condescending to his patient. His staff lied for him when Dr Fong didn’t show up for a 8:30 am appointment. Instead of rescheduling that same afternoon or as soon as possible. They have the shameful arrogance to reschedule for six weeks later. He was actually in his office later that morning when we called to canceled our rescheduled appointment. We don’t recommend the Provident Urology Center in Colby Ave Everett and warn you of their unprofessional staff and service. Their service is third world standard. Dr Fong took no time to listen to me. He talked the whole time till he was walking out the door. I tried to explain what led me there in the first place and I never got to hardly start before he dismissed what I was saying before I even got to say it. The problem has since gone from moderate to severe and I'm awaiting an appt with a new urologist.

Dr. Fong gave me a vasectomy. He explained key points well, did a great job of answering my questions, and eased my nerves during the procedure. Everything went as routinely as I could imagine. The staff was polite and helpful. Four days later, and everything feels normal already.

I now have been diagnosed with a hardening aortic valve . Dr. Fong now treats ne with a professional but cold shoulder as I let him now my condition. He informed me there is meds. for this! There is none for my condition.

Dr Fong is a great Dr I trust him fully. His staff however are incredibly rude I was talked to in a condescending manner when I called and the lady I spoke with SLAMMED the phone down because she was irritated for my questions. If I was only judging on Dr Fong I would give him an A+ and 5 stars, but but those in the office could use a lesson in CUSTOMER SERVICE . Patients are the reason they have a job in the first place!!!!!

Dr. Fong is a good physician, but his office staff leave a lot to be desired. Our family has had several negative encounters with one of his receptionists in particular, Tiffany, who seems to have an outstanding ability to throw attitude at patients. No one needs that when they're just trying to visit the doctor or call in for results. If she were replaced, the patient experience would improve immensely.
