Wonderful doctor!! Staff has always been attentive and done things in a timely manner for me!!

He did surgery without having a scan done to make sure I had kidney stones. Placed a stent in me that caused a deadly infection. Called his office several times after surgery because I was having fever and pain but he act as if he didn’t care. He doesn’t have any good bedside manners!

Very professional, this is my second time using him for kidney stones, the first one years ago, very successful. The second is current for stones, very satisfied, Staff is professional and very pleasant.Wait time is never more than 15 minutes any time i have gone.

Convinced me penile implant was something with no question of failure. Surgery failed! Only said sorry and then wrote in his report that he had discussed risk. He never discussed risk and actually said he guaranteed success! Found out after the fact that he has a questionable history. Doctors in Florence, Sc cover for each other!

I don't write reviews very much but I am very inclined to write this one so as to help you avoid using him for anything. To remove (1) 1cm stone, I've had 2 different procedures (lithrotripsy and ureterscopy) afterwards he said "see you in three months." I was still in pain so I went to a different urologist. I now have 6+ stones that have clogged up my ureter and I have to have ANOTHER ureterscopy and stent. Dr. Evans has put me through unnecessary pain and suffering due to his incompetence
