Exceptional doctor takes time to listen and provide treatment, with a correct diagnosis the very first time! Proactive with preventative plans for staying as healthy as possible. In demand but worth waiting for!

OUTSTANDING INTERNAL MEDICINE DOCTOR. Addresses all issues and is concerned with keeping his patients healthy. Highly recommend this doctor. Explicitly trust this doctor with ALL health issues. Honest and forthright. Does not tiptoe around difficult discussions. Willing to explain anything you do not understand, and does not use terms that the average person is not familiar with!

Worst doctor I have ever went to. He was non chalant about everything and his mannerisms were that of I don’t care about the patient. He didn’t check my heart or ears after complaining of sinus problems.

Dr. Cross has been my Primary Care Physician for at least 7 years. I don't have to wait long to be seen (15 minutes top). He and/or his staff has always been responsive to my calls and questions in a timely manner. I find his bedside manner excellent. When I have asked for Referrals, I am given them immediately. If I ask for some treatment or medicine I have heard about, he explains what they are for and if I really need them so I am not angry or disappointed if he declines my request.

Dr. Cross spoke condescendingly to me. He has a horrible bedside manner and seems to be easily confused.

I go there all the times on a regular basic they're great beats going to Spalding regional waiting forever Drs there are great everyone so nice n friendly love the New spot righ n with the hospital

Misdiagnosed me with a condition that has now caused me to have to pay more for life insurance.

Love the fact that this group has so many providers that handle most of my medical needs.They also have a walk in clinic for unexpected health issues and blood work. Best of all they have a "Follow My Health" program on the web, which helps track my information appointments, etc. Taryn Prestidge who works under Dr. Napier was very professional, knowledgeable, and took time to listen and address my needs. She also followed up sending me information by mail to help me achieve my goal of not going on medication. Her assistant Shameca was also very friendly and efficient and made me feel very comfortable. For a person who hates going to the doctor I give it an "A" PLUS rating.
