Dr. Bruggeman is absolutely wonderful. Starting before my surgery, during my surgery AND after, he was there for me - literally 24/7. Answered any and all questions I had, even after giving me a thorough rundown on what to expect with a Tummy Tuck. He is a perfectionist when it comes to his work, and only wants the best outcome for his patients. I am only 3 weeks post op but so far, I am super happy with the care I am receiving. His stitch work is beautiful and I am sure I will be thrilled when the swelling is finally gone. Ashley in the office is also amazing. Very sweet, helpful and accommodating. Excellent doctor who made me feel at ease. Answered all questions and gave the best option for me. Would recommend he and his staff to everyone!!!!

The process of getting in to see the doctor couldn't possibly have been easier. Staff and assistants were outgoing, professional, cheerful and helpful. The office was run as professionally as any office I've been to, but they didn't lose the personal touches in the process. That's pretty amazing. Dr. Bruggeman took plenty of time explaining the procedure and answered every question I had in a personable, professional manner. The outcome of the procedure was even better than I'd expected.

Dr. Bruggeman is the absolute best in Idaho. I've had two procedures from him personally and have referred several friends and family members. We have all had A+++ experiences. You want the best go to him.

Dr Bruggeman is such a kind, soft spoken gentleman as well as a knowledgeable and skilled surgeon. His demeanor and professionalism instills confidence and helps to settle the jittery nerves associated with medical procedures. I would not hesitate, in the least, either to recommend him to someone or to vouch for his skillfulnes!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a Dr. He was SO rude, and to tell my story would take way too long, but the gist of it is that he was very pompous and errogant! He was supposed to take out a softball sized lipoma, but instead diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. He told me that I didn't have a lipoma even tho I had an ultrasound that clearly showed it. He then charged me for a consult visit $130 which I had already had with him. He literally saw me for 5 min. Very dishonest!

Dr Bruggeman did a delicate hand surgery on a cut tendon. He is a kind, gentle physician that took the time to explain the critical healing process to have a full recovery. He is an amazing man. I would highly recommend him without hesitation.

At this point I have nothing but good things for doctor Bruggeman. I messed up my appointment and he still saw me. He has been honest, caring , and calming.

Dr. Bruggeman fixed my hand (I cut through a tendon) in the ER Room on a Saturday and he did a great job. He was kind and efficient. I was so surprised at what a good job he did. Visits to his office are quick and easy. I have already recommended him to friends and I highly recommend him to others also.

Poor experience all the way around. Dishonest person. Would not look at my ultrasound. Generally blew me off.

Receptionist is a ronch. Called and talked to her at 4:50, she asked questions that were none of her business. Keep trying to get me to schedule with the assistant when Doctor bruggeman himself told us to call and schedule it with him. Told her I would call back in a couple mins. I called back at 4:55 and she already turned off the phones and forwarded it to the answering service because she knew I was going to call back any minute and she didn't want to take the call. she knew what she was doin

Dr. Bruggeman at East Falls Plastic Surgery was dishonest and very unprofessional. I went in 2 times for a consultation where he suggested in his experience that i needed a full tummy tuck. At my second consultation with him we agreed on the surgery date and walked through the process and all the information. Sign an agreement and all the paperwork for the procedure. The day of my surgery he was late and he didn't perform the entire surgery we had agreed to. Do not recommend.
