Brian J Bohner

Dr. Bohner is the best sleep doctor I have had since I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2005. With incredible attention to detail, he checked all aspects of my apnea record and prescribed changes that have benefited me greatly. For example, he changed the bothersome (for me) AirFit 10 system to the far more comfortable (for me) Dreamwear nasal mask. Delving into my medical history, he prescribed appropriate medicine to help me fall asleep at night and wake me up in the morning. He has followed up with me through meticulous telemedicine sessions. I recommend Dr. Bohner to anyone seeking the best care possible for their sleep problem.

Poor patient support

Dr, Bohner was my late father's sleep specialist for years before I started seeing him. He is very thorough with his patients and takes his time to listen to questions and concerns. His staff,especially Fran and Maria are both quite pleasant to work with. It takes a lot of persistence to stick with the therapy but if you do, you will notice a big difference in your sleep quality. I've been Dr. Bohner's patient for over a decade and heartily recommend him. For me, he's my sleep doctor, and has a thorough understanding of sleep disorders, & treats all of my sleep conditions, not just the obvious one, sleep apnea. On my first visit, I burst into tears with the sadness, frustration, and poor quality of life I'd been suffering from the excessive need for sleep that my primary care doctor and a neurologist failed to diagnose and treat. Dr. Bohner immediately provided sympathy, validated my feelings, and came up with a plan of action. By reviewing the test results from my previous sleep studies, and conducting his own tests, he saw that the other doctors had missed my debilitating condition and that I'd suffered unnecessarily for 3 yrs prior to seeing him. He didn't just treat me based on my obvious test results, but also looked for and has treated additional reasons for my excessive need for sleep. His sleep coordinator, Fran, is excellent as well.

Very thorough in his analysis of sleep disorders. Asks appropriate questions concerning patient progress. Always works with patient to determine effectiveness of CPAP equipment. Very pleasant, friendly and never seems rushed.

Dr. Bohner is highly regarded in the field of sleep disorders and proved to be all that and more. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for him and he will take all the time necessary to listen and explain where you are with your concerns. He is an incredible listener and can easily explain all the way down to the difference in molecules which make up your medicine! His staff is equally amazing and feel like visiting an old friend every visit. I cannot recommend him enough!

Dr. Bohner is a very good doctor. His knowledge will help you sleep at night. I recommend him highly
