Absolutely not. I am so heartbroken over my treatment Dr. Aprill administered me. He gave me high doses of prednisone for adrenal gland deficiency in which was not effective. He finally referred me to a nephrologist who said the sodium in my kidneys was fine. He never called or made a follow-up appointment. He just dropped me. I am now with an endocrinoligist that says I should have never been put on those high doses of prednisone. He has treated me and is weening me off of prednisone.bi am now on 1 mg. As a result of being on the high doses of prednisone, my skin is paper thin. Any small bp becomes a detrimental skin test. I have had cellulitis from one of the skin tears that got infected. It is a living nightmare. I would not recommend him to anyone.....

Worst most condescending doctor I ever saw. Stated I had graves- went to ER and PCP I did NOT have graves. He rushed me to “get radiation or surgery immediately the next day” without showing me numbers or anything. The last time I EVER saw him. I wouldn’t even let my worst enemy or mother in law see him. Worst experience ever!

Visited on a TriWest (VA) referral for TRT. Its a NOGO. The staff is slow and incompetent; I had to help the clerk make copies of my VA INFO and move rooms twice because I was sent into the wrong waiting room for the doc. The clinic bills outrageous for their work (cough and turn to the left) and the VA will cover it, but they send the labs out to "PathGroup.LLC" and you'll get the bill for that. They do not tell you about the latter. THE VA SHOULD BLACKBALL THIS PLACE. For TRT check out REVISE in Clarksville.

Dr Aprill is akways on time and an excellent doctor! My A1C has decreased since I started seeing him and my diabetes is better controlled!

Dr. Aprill has taken great care of me for several years--always very thorough and professional----I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have always recommended Dr Aprill but still since he is retiring I now have to recommend the group.

I went in with severe hyperthyroid symptoms and TSH at 0.3 and he said my level were not yet at zero so there was nothing wrong with me. I was having severe muscle weakness and at times could barely stand up and other hormonal issues. I said what is causing my symptoms then? I said it gets worse around my period so I think its hormonal. He told me to go see my gyno there was nothing wrong with me. He then KICKED ME OUT of his office because I kept asking questions. Stay away!!

Excellent diagnostician, very caring man. Takes whatever time is needed, and certainly goes the extra mile for patients. Friendly, and explains everything. His staff reflects him: What a wondering group of professionals!

We would certainly recommend Dr April to any friend or family member.

One of the worst medical care I have experienced. Very arrogant and condescending in conversation, not helpful explaining treatment or test results, etc. The First clinic is wonderful, and other doctors within the clinic are great, but Dr. Aprill is not someone I felt wanted to help or listen to my questions or concerns. In 3 appointments I've spoken with him less than 20 minutes in total, He spent no time telling me what must be done, and it must be done his way only or find another provider.

Doctor Aprill is rude, arrogant, and his bed side manners are terrible. He does not give you the opportunity to speak. I would recommend finding a doctor that takes the time to show compassion towards their patients.

In the past I had seen dr April and he was a decent doctor but he cancelled several appointments due to agoraphobia and anxiety and I had an appointment I was due to go to and had to cancel “the last appointment he was going to offer me” and my brother who is schitzophrenic (along with the fact he’s autistic) went missing. He has refused me another appointment because I was spending the day looking for my missing sibling instead of seeing him (my family comes first even further past my health so

Dr. Aprill is a wonderful caring physician and I appreciate his directness. He is a great diagnostician and very thorough in his approach.

Dr Aprill is awesome. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions.

I have seen Dr.Aprill for years now, he has always been very efficient, I have been very pleased with his care. It also helps that he strives to be on time for appointments. If you want a competent doctor, I recommend him, if you want someone who is warm and fuzzy, go to someone else.

Dr. Aprill is knowledgable and has assisted me with the appropriate medicine and guidance to get my blood sugars under control without insulin. His office runs efficiently with short wait times and reporting of lab results, etc when promised (usually the next day). With Dr. Aprill I feel like I am in competent hands for treating my diabetes.

He did not take whole patient care into account at all. He did not look for any options and was intent upon his way or no other options. He has a big ego and is unwilling to hear the patient at all.

I'm very happy with him and I always feel better after I leave here.

Excellent physician! He is ALWAYS on time, never leaving us to wait. He explains in great detail and is very forthright. When it comes to my wife's health I want it no other way. Very thankful that Dr. Chambers recommended Dr. Aprill to our family.

Some people just exude competence, and Dr Aprill is one of them. He was also prompt, attentive, and courteous. He reviewed test results in detail, clearly explained his care plan for me (what he was doing and why he was doing it) and answered all of our questions. This is an efficient guy who gets right down to business but still is friendly and very easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable with him and I feel confident I am in very good hands.
