Dr Osborn is the best. He told me frankly what would happen and here I am 5 years later.

I feel 10 years younger. I can’t wait to see how I can improve even more. Dr Osbourne and his excellent staff are my “fountain of youth”

"Patients Beware" do your homework before letting this Doctor treat you. There are a lot of Doctor's out there that don't push a ton of medicines and vitamins on you. Dr. Osborn put me on so many medications and vitamins that I felt horrible but I trusted him so that's my fault. He put me on metformin but i'm not diabetic. He put me on cytomel but I don't have a thyroid condition. He recommended high doses of vitamin D which caused me to develop hypercalcemia and to top it off, his answer to my elevated hematocrit levels was to donate blood every 2-3 weeks which crashed my ferritin levels and made me anemic. There are new studies out there that prove men do not have to donate blood however, Dr. Osborn is stuck in the old way of doing things. Anastrozole is another drug he likes to use with his protocol to control estradiol. Men, please Stay away from that garbage. New studies have shown that smaller more frequent injections controls blood serum levels and lowers estradiol without the use of anastrozole, a drug used for women with breast cancer. I was going to talk about my wife's experience with Dr. Osborn but that would take too much time. Let's just say her experience was worse than mine. Ladies be careful PLEASE! After reading Dr Osborn's book "Get Serious" I started living the protocol. I searched for a local Doctor that agreed and came up short. I now trek to Jupiter, FL from Las Vegas once a year for my annual Dr visit and it is well worth it. Everybody at the clinic is awesome. I'm sixty five now and have been under Dr. Osborn's care for three years. As i follow his advice i grow stronger daily. I felt weak, spent and in pain each morning. My Blood values, total Cholesterol and blood pressure is that of a healthy man half my age now. I awake each morning at 7:00 am without discomfort, full of energy and able to function fully until 11:30 pm. My advise would be to follow Dr. Osborn fully, Diet, medications, and supplements. Exercise the best you can and ask questions when you may not fully understand. The more i made sure an adequate supply of nuts, fats, protein, protein shakes, protein bars and proper carbohydrates were on hand the better i felt and became stronger. After reading the book Get Serious and being a Florida resident, I decided to become a patient of Dr. Brett Osborn. Got Dr. Osborn's book and saw how simple health could be. We did a video call with the doc after having labs taken. The labs were complete and Dr. Osborn helped us understand the state of our health and gave us suggestions on how to move toward getting our health in better shape than it has every been. Thank You!

It has been 3 months since I started Dr. Osborn's program and have not felt this great in 25 years. He is an amazing doctor and a great person who has a staff that is efficient and upbeat and positive. His book Serious Strength should be on everyone's shelf. Lots of training and detail on how to stay healthy and eat correctly. I only wish I would have visited with Dr. Osborn sooner! JLB

Doctor Osborn spent 90 minutes reviewing my blood work, explaining importance of health and fitness and answering all of my questions. The exam ended when I literally ran out of questions to ask. At no time did he ever give me the sense that he was in a rush. I had his full attention the entire time. Actually when I left the office I had to look at my watch a couple of times. I could not believe 90 minutes went by. I have never spent 90 minutes with a doctor, amazing!

Just had a 3 hour meeting with Dr Osborn which was totally amazing!!! Simplified topics to a very understable level. Anxious to GET SERIOUS!!!!

Worth you time, and worth your effort. The difference being that Dr. Osborn has a total body approach, not by any means a SFla. pill mill- and you know what I mean by that. The gentleman is concerned about your body, your health, your EATING, your everything. There is a chance he wants more for you than you want for you. Get your head around that.

Dr. Osborn explained everything with crystal clarity, never talked down to us, and reassured us that the progress we've so far seen would continue. I wish he could be our primary care physician!

Dr. Osborn is a master at his craft. He has the knack for taking medical terms and breaking them down to simplistic terms so I have a full understanding of my medical condition. NO DOCTOR IN THE NATION CARES MORE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS THAN DOCTOR OSBORN. After dealing with a few different Doctors in different states, I've found one I plan on sticking with for life. (He's in such great health he'll probably outlive me, even though I'm only 25) Dr. O truly practices what he preaches. Just google him and you'll see images of what Doctors SHOULD look like. I have a few injuries from my years in the military and Dr. Brett was very extensive in his probing for the solutions to these problems. He left possibilities open that most Doctor's would immediately dismiss due to my age. In fact, most Doctors won't even treat cause they don't believe it can happen to someone my age. He found a solution and has been so great to work with. We adjust treatment as necessary based off of how I feel and my response to each. He's very open to patients concerns and is willing to brainstorm for a protocol everyone is happy with.
