Great place. Dr. Mcvey is very professional and informative. Receptionists are very nice and helpful. Thanks for caring for my eyes.

The Dr is cool but his receptionist is rude very rude I don't understand why she still have a job. She been snotty every since I been going. But because I like the doctor I still went. She definitely is not professional

This place gets zero stars my daughter has been their patient for over 6 yrs and she's blind almost by the way I missed 1 appt and they tried to not help me because of this and told me I have to give them cash money out of my pocket for a replacement glasses that her insurance pays for then said it would be a $50 fee in order to pick up a copy of her prescription.... I do not recommended this Dr office... On top of this when I walked in the lady tall long black curly hair starred at me looking me up and down.... So my wife said something. Mind u they locked the door when we got off the phone and had to unlock it at when we got there... At 3oclock in the afternoon... And the topping on the cake was when the doctor told me " I work for money not my patient's care".... I have always been treated with the upmost respect here. The Dr. is the kindest Optometrist I've ever had. I have driven 2 hours to get my glasses here. They are very thorough and kind.

The WORST RECEPTIONISTS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! These people told me that I had to reschedule when I was 5 min late. This is exactly why this business is failing. I suggest this doctor hires a new front desk crew. They are AWFUL!

My family and have been to Dr.McVey's office at least 15 to 20 years. He is outstanding. My father's optometrist said nothing out him having cataracts for 5 YEARS! I paid for Dad to see Dr. McVey. He had my dad's surgery scheduled before we left the office, for the next week. Our insurance doesn't cover glasses but we always have our eyes checked with him. Then take the prescription to where we have to. He done emergency visits and follow up on three eye injuries in our family.

Dr. McVey is wonderful - very caring and really takes the time to make sure your prescription is perfect. I appreciate the time he takes to make sure I am comfortable and my vision is as healthy as it can be.

The Dr is fabulous although the front desk associate with the dark shoulder length hair isnt very polite. But Dr McVey makes the visit worth it. Revamping the front desk lineup would help tremendously.

I have never been to pick-up my new glasses and Not had them fitted for me.
