Dr. Garner is nothing less than a God send. After years of suffering with breast surgery which included numerous operations and doctors, Dr. Garber did what seemed to every other dr. impossible. I lived for over ten years with a horrible lump that was obvious to the eye. In addition to that, I had what I called a breast on top of a breast. I couldn't expose any part of my breast because of the embarrassment it caused me. To be perfectly honest, I wasn't hopeful with this surgery either because of the previous doctors tellling me it couldn't be fixed. I told myself to give it one more try, and low and behold, it was like a miracle. I now, at this late stage in my life have beautiful looking breasts. I owe it all to Dr. Garber. If I only had known of him years ago. Please, if there's anyone out there having doubts about breast surgery, leave them all at home. There's no one else, in my opinion, that will do a better job for you. Dr. Garber, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dr Garbor is friendly and caring as well as being a finely skilled surgeon. He Preformed all of the reconstructive surgery on me after my bilateral mastectomies. He helped me feel at ease as I went through a very difficult time in my life.

I had a breast reduction surgery in March of 2020 and I would highly recommend this doctor along with his staff everyone was excellent from the beginning of my journey to the end. I am so happy with my results.

Didn’t even get to my consult ; been talking with Tammy back and fourth and needed a latter for insurance to approve she doesn’t get back to me . Lack of communication

Dr. Garber was my plastic surgeon following mastectomy and reconstruction. My recovery was uneventful. The office staff is very pleasant and Dr. Garber patiently answered my many questions pre-mastectomy and pre-recon. Recommend!

Other than making all his plastics patients happy, this man has no empathy or concern for the breast cancer patients. He mutilated me and had the nerve to ask me what did I think I was getting a young woman's breasts Do not go to this man for reconstruction or reduction he doesn't care about you or the end result of his work. His non cancer patient work looks very good. Why can't he give the same kind of treatment to cancer patients. Probably because these are the only patients using insurance

he wasn't willing to take me as a patient because of my insurance company. they "don't pay well" and "take a long time to pay". It wasn't an obscure company but a very well known one.
