I'm between doctors because I was dissatisfied with Dr. Raap. I had a prescription with three refills left and he denied those refills, stating I am no longer his patient. And let me add that they are NOT narcotics! The prescription is for heartburn. This is not a new prescription but a refill, and I've been going to Dr. Raap for several years. And I can't get into my new doctor until April. My new Dr., which I haven't even seen yet refilled it for me!! Aren't those great ethics? Shame on you Dr. Raap! Another good reason not to go to Dr. Raap. And Kudos to my new doctor and his staff!

Been my doctor since I was 12 years old, I'm 27 now. Literally the best doctor hands down. Very sensible and actually cares about the patient.

This doctor doesn't care about patients. He's a joke!!

Very unprofessional and worthless doesn't listen or care about patients his office is dirty and staff are rude as he is

Very disappointed with the fact that you can't actually be seen in person if you're sick anymore, even if tested negative for Covid.

Dr Brent Raap prescribed a medication to my husband in which we had to pay $50 for. Upon taking it for a few days, he was notified to quit taking the medicine prescribed as he was diagnosed incorrectly. Dr Raap was only concerned in collecting his $30 office visit charge. He had no concerns of the misdiagnose or my husband paying $50 for the prescription. I would not refer anyone to this office for this kind of service. I switched to him about two weeks ago and I really like him.

Been going to see him for the last 10 years. Always attentive and spends time. Goes over in detail test results etc and give great recommendations for specialists.

Had a uti. Had to go to two er visits and one office visit. Would not call in a refill for treatment. Ended up costing $2800.00

Was my father's primary care physician. My father had all the typical signs and symptoms of congestive heart failure and after almost 8 months worth of visits many times to this Doctor he failedto diagnose it.He now has stomach cancer that this physician failed to diagnose. My father had rapid weight loss, a burning throat and severe stomach pain when he ate. He told him it was acid reflux. Now my father has to get a feeding tube inserted to eat, this would have been avoided if he would have had a proper diagnosis in the first place. I finally convinced him to get a different doctor.
