This practice is NOT accepting new patients. Unless you are an established patient, do not bother to call for an appointment. They will make an appointment for you, you will show up for your appointment, then they will tell you that your appointment has been arbitrarily canceled. I saw Dr Brent McLarty this afternoon for the first time. It was a very pleasant experience. He is a very kind Physician, he took his time, really cared, and really listened. All of my healthcare needs were met. I Highly Recommend this Practice.

Dr. McLarty is an extremely good and compassionate doctor. Very smart and an excellent diagnostician. He spends as much time with you as you need. He makes you feel like you are his only patient while he is with you. Also, the staff is excellent. They seem to take the lead from Dr. McLarty. I have been going to him since 2013 when I moved here. These are the most l kind and patience staff. Lynn the NP is attentive and most importantly well ready to offer you with the care plan.. returning you to be seen soon to follow up ... And easier to be seen quicker than Dr. MCLARTY. But its bc he takes his time to listen and to understand throughly.. I sure have benefited to make the out of my way drive to theae that have a very new and nice facility and not outdone is the purpose to be what patients need most. Have been a patient for years! He has helped me in every way possible and always listens to my questions with patience and understanding. I'll stay with Dr. McClarty!

These guys are outstanding! In a day and age of "treat 'em and street 'em" as quickly as possible, they took so much personalized time with me tome sure that I was not just on meds, but the best meds and the correct dosage. I also received a call a couple of days after my appointment. They were checking to see how I was doing and if I had any questions, problems or concerns with the medications. Lynn Maiden, the Nurse Practitioner, is who I see. She, Patricia and all of the staff are amazingly hospitable, caring and kind. I tend to have what is known as "white coat syndrome" and get a bit edgy around physicians. I can honestly say that they take this away with their kind, informative way of consulting to you as a patient. They stay quite busy and with good reason, but I love Lynn and her staff! Dr. McCarty has been by doctor for more than 15 years and has always listened and revered me when needed. I recommend him to everyone.

Just the best! The entire staff is delightful. Fortunately I'm not there a lot, but seem to quickly feel better with their care. So personable. Seems Dr. McLarty will spend all the time necessary to access and treat his patients. He takes into consideration what treatment plan the patient prefers, if any. Amazing!

From the front office personnel to exam room this office is amazing. The ladies who make the appointments are the kindest I’ve had the pleasure of talking with. They even took the time to call me back, get me set up as a new patient & get me seen quickly (extremely important when you are sick) Dr McLarty was out of town & Lynn Maiden, APN examined me. She is the Best!!!! She really listens & takes time with you! She Cares about her patients & it shows!! I’m so thankful to have found this office!

I called looking for a family physician and asked the nurse if they were taking new patients and the nurse said they were. She proceeded to take down my information for my husband and asked what type of medication and insurance. We passed the insurance test then came to the part where I told them my husband was on pain medication and told them we are going through pain management group for this and then I was then turned down. This infuriates me, wait until the view on pain control changes again within the medical community and we still won't go back. I will shout to the roof tops for people to go elsewhere because there will come a day when you will need pain medication. Let them give you ibuprofen and send you home, see if it stops the pain. Dr. McLarty is amazing! He will take the time to make you comfortable and does a complete and thorough examination. He actually listens to his patients, and I just adore him. He has a physician assistant, Mrs. Lynne Maiden, whom I call Dr. Maiden because she is so knowledgeable about everything medical that I've ever seen her about. She is very much like Dr. McLarty; she never rushes you; she moves quickly and diagnoses exactly the problem and what to do for it. Dr. Maiden is also amazing!

Dr. McLarty is very personable with his patients and listens to you when you tell him what your symptoms are. If he isn't familiar enough with your particular symptoms, he is quick to recommend someone who specializes in that department. I have been a patient of his for many years and I highly recommend him for all your health needs.

Easy going but thorough in going over all my health issues and questions.

Dr. McLarty has been my Primary Care Physician for nearly five years, by reference from a close friend whom he has cared for several years previous. I am 70 years of age and have had more experience with health care providers than I care to recall. Dr. McLarty rates with the best of those I have been privileged to meet. His courtesy, care and knowledge are always very reassuring and leave a sense of having been counseled by a friend. His staff always extends a feeling of care and competence.

Unreal!! I have recently moved to the Chelsea area and am in need of a Family Physician. I called to set up an apt and was refused!! I have outstanding insurance but was denied an appointment because I have been on pain meds for 4 years for Degenerative back issues and Spinal Stenosis. They don't know me, the treatments I've been through or anything about my medial history! They only wanted to know if I was on pain or anxiety meds and said nope!!! Even though I was not going in to see them for either of those issues (I already have trusted docs for these) I was refused. Unreal!! Personable, informative and truly cares about his patients. I would rate 10 stars if that measurement was available!!

I have been under Dr. McLarty's care for several years. He listens. He is genuinly concerned about his patients' well-being. Spending time with you in his office discussing your health is a priority. I trust him enough that I'm willing to travel almost 100 miles to stay in his care. I've recommended several people to him and they have committed to him as well. I also really like his office staff and lab technician.

My experience was terrible. Neither I nor my wife ever saw Dr. McLarty. Paula has arthritis, and her pain meds are managed by a pain management group. She was informed that Dr. McLarty would not accept her as a patient because of this. I told the nurse that we wanted to be together in the same practice. She just shrugged and said the office manager made this decision and it seems that it was final so we left. Seems like a heck of a way to run a medical practice. My experience was terrible. Dr. McLarty has been my Primary care doctor for 15 years, he is awesome, always takes time to discuss everything and anything. His staff is always helpful and thorough.

I have been seeing Dr. McLarty for several years. I have always obtained an appointment without waiting. The staf is always ready to help find the time when I really need to see the doctor. My son and daughter in law also see him and are very satisfied with his skill and knowledge. I got very sick one time on a Sunday morning and called him. He met me at his office right away and rushed me to the hospital, where I stayed for 8 days. You don't get this kind of attention from many doctors these days.
