If I could rate lower I would. Why they even give out appointments I'll never never understand, you always have to wait an absurd amount of time to be seen, and when you are seen they try to get you in and out as quick as possible. I never felt like I was taken care of by the doctor and maybe spent ten minutes with her after waiting over an hour and a half to be seen. I've been sent for numerous test and x Ray's only to find out weeks later they were the wrong test and I need to take them again. I dont know if this is a scam by the office or just a way to push patients away but I would not recommend this office to anyone. If I could rate lower I would. Waited an hour for them to tell me they only take cash. I am new here and they never told me that. I am new patient waited 2 weeks and need my meds filled and now I have to wait who knows how long. Very upsetting.

Dr.Smith is a great Doctor. I've been all over barstow trying to find a Doctor that cares about you. He truly cares. I'd rather have a longer wait for the proper treatment!

Terrible bedside manner. She is rushed when she is in the room but I could here her joking around with people in the hall outside before she came in the room at every appointment. 30 minutes to an hour wait times just to get out of the waiting room. Orders unnecessary tests/procedures. I felt like a number not a person. Rooms are cold, uncomfortable, and dated. Doesn't even read the chart before coming in the room. Terrible bedside manner. Terrible bedside manner, felt like a number not a person. Long waits, it is not unusual to wait 45 minutes or an hour to see the doctor doesn't listen to your primary concerns. Really felt like a "how much can I get out of the insurance company" doctor instead of a "help the patient" doctor. Takes forever to get an appointment, very dated office.

Dr. Brenna Smith has been my primary care manager for approximately 3 years now. She is a great family doctor and has excellent bed side manner. I have always liked her but was always disappointed by the long waiting time to see her. My last visit is a prime example. My appointment was at 4 pm and I was still waiting to see her at 5 pm. I got tired of waiting and left her clinic. She is not mindful or respectful of my time which is as important to me as her time is to her. This happens with every appointment I have ever had with her. Therefore, I have decided to seek another primary care manager. I hate to lose her but I cannot stand the long wait time especially when I have to use my vacation hours to see her because her latest appointment is at 4 pm. Her waiting area was always nice and included a large fish tank which was always interesting. Now her waiting area is in disrepair and needs an update. Nor does she accept credit/debit cards for payment. That, in of itself, unacceptable in this day in age. She accepts cash only which means that she is too cheap to pay the credit card fees. Now she has reduced her hours to the point where there is no longer any viable flexibility. All reasons to move on. Dr. Brenna Smith has been my primary care manager for approximately 3 years now.
