Had a fall on Tuesday (26th) morning, suffered a large gash on the head, 911 responded with transport to hospital. The Emergency dept put staples to the gash, ran tests, then kept overnight. Called Lozowski office Wed and left a message per recording. Never received a call back. Saturday had yet another express 911 emergency ride to hospital. Discharged Saturday after 5pm. Called Dr Lozowski again, same as before,recording, call 911 or the other option transfers you too The hospital. The hospital states her office hours. Terrible customer service.
