Went in with an appointment for chest pains and shortness of breath. First thing the triage staff at the front door did was give me a covid test. Then place me into a room unattended while waiting 20 minutes for results. When questioned if that was normal procedure, and that maybe since I presented with heart issues they might want to check my blood pressure, pulse, oxygen level, something, they suited back up and checked my vitals. When I brought this to Dr. Frisbee I was blamed for their actions because I should have been at the emergency room, and those girls in triage are putting their lives on the line every day with covid. Guess that means it’s ok to jeopardize my life with improper procedures. She could have just acknowledge my concerns and corrected the issue, instead she tried to justify their mistake. She then ordered me to leave her office without treatment of any sort.
