I have been a patient of Dr Houk for about 2 years. He is very personable, attentive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr Houk.

Very poor communication between Doctor and staff,No calls returned in regard to medication questions.

Staff does not follow up ,poor communication between doctor and staff.No phone calls returned concerning prescription,very unprofessional

Did not return call when we left message on patient who has severe issues. Called again and no appointment available. Turned this 76 yr old patient with kidney and heart issues has Covid

Dr. Houk is just awesome. His staff is just as great. He easily meets 5/5 rating when it comes to ever level a Doctor has to offer and more. Mr. Houk obviously cares a great deal about his career or he wouldn't have so many repeated clients. He listens very well to get to know his clients. He's never in a rush. He's VERY smart about so much more then medical stuff. The guy is gifted with common sense as well as great communication skills. which is huge when I person looks for a care provider, so many lack these skills in the doctor world. Only negative thing Dr. Houk has on him is there's not two of him. I highly recommend Dr. Houk as anyones health provider.

Not really the best. I was not treated well and on top of that the doctors soon stole money from me. I think his name was Brendon Houk as well. The parents would not help at all.

I usually dread going to the doctor, but I always look forward to seeing Dr. Houk. Overall, they are all fast and friendly. What I like most about Dr. Houk, is that he actually listens when you talk, and he treats you like a person and not like just another chart. I'll be sending everyone I know to his office.

There is simply not a better internal medicine doctor around this state. Dr. Houk is not only brilliant, but he actually is a very patient individual and answers all questions you may have. If you do not ask questions then he obviously cannot answer them. He has listened and solved every issue that has arisen in my health, and he keeps me in top notch health. Ironically, when he encourages me to do something healthy and gives me sound medical advice, I simply do it, and I get better. If you are looking for a group who will meet and exceed your needs, this is the group! There is simply not a better internal medicine doctor around this state. I give Dr Hauk a zero or 1 star if I must. I would not recommend him to anyone. In my recent visit by phone he agreed to call in my prescription for 2 and 1/2 mg Clonazepam a day which I desperately need because the drug Gabapentin reset my brain chemistry 2 years ago and I had to discontinue most of my meds. He agreed to call in my meds. When I got them he had ordered 1 and 1/2 mg per day. I called his office to see if there was a mistake. One of his helpers said that he said he would not issue what I needed. He should have told me this during the consult, but he had NO COURAGE. Just wants you to take what he gives you and shut up about it. SO - BECAUSE HE IS, IN EFFECT, A LIAR, I CANCELLED ALL APPOINTMENTS WITH HIM AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A LIAR TO ANYONE.

Appointment time 1:45, it is now 3:30 and still no sign of Dr. Will not be back.

Great doctors and staff.

Everyone has been so helpful in moving all my medical records to his office which is a BIG deal when you are a new patient!

I worked in healthcare for 15 years and can say physicians like Dr. Houk are few and far between. He takes the time to listen to my concerns. Would highly recommend him.

Just started to go to Dr. Houk and Clint Cron is APRN. hey are great so far. Got the run around from my doctor for 7 weeks of being sick. Saw Clint he took the time to actually ask questions and evaluate the situation. Now congestion, cough and nose clear. Very complete and caring to help. Office staff/ nurses nice as well.

I have been sick for years and I am just getting ran around in circles if I. call and ask a question I get hung up on! Worse staff ever!

I thought everybody loved Dr. Houk, we surely do! Caring, takes his time, explains everything perfectly.

The doctor is such a great doctor. He actually cares about people and has a great staff. They have been so nice to me. I would recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Houk himself is great. Office staff are a joke. Continued issues with billing errors, unreturned phone calls, incompetence, attitude.

My mother just changed doctor from Houck, because the office staff at this place is incredibly awful!! They don't get prescriptions done correctly, even after walking them thru everything over and over....AND the insurance company calling. It's been 6 weeks arguing with them to get things done correctly... still waiting... The doctor is fine and tries to be helpful, but his efforts are completely negated by his incompetent staff. Dr. Houk and his staff are wonderful. They are super friendly and Dr. Houk is very knowledgeable of my past medical issues and procedures I've had and how to deal with them now. He really takes his time with you to explain things. Thanks Dr. Houk and staff!

I take my elderly mother to Dr. Houk. I find that he addresses her issues well. His 'bedside manner' is quite good - calm. Considering her age, I feel Dr. Houk is also very practical in his approach to her care,
