I would like to Thank you for our last meeting, providing me with the necessary "education", to make a decision regarding the pending Knee-Replacement, as well as the proposed Pain Management/MedTronic Procedure, to reduce Neuropath in both of my legs. I also appreciate your recommendations regarding the Doctors for both procedures. I am sad for losing you as my pain-management doctor, since you made me feel that I mattered to you as a patient and allowing sufficient time to answer my question; but I am equally happy for you to start retirement.

Dr Goff has been a godsend, giving me a new lease on life. I found pain relief and the ability to resume most customary activities. Dr. Goff is compassionate and positive-He listens and takes the time necessary to meet patients' needs. He proves that a referral for pain management can be the best option for care.

When I have my visits I have a Doctor Who is the most understanding he has concerns he will ask questions and then he gives a plan I would highly recommend Dr. Goff to all my family and friends because he is the best.

I was put in the position on finding a new pain doctor after the one I’d depended on for many years retired so I was apprehensive about starting over. Dr Goff immediately put my anxieties at ease. He understood my problems and offered immediate and long term solutions.

My experience with Dr. Grewal has been amazing. Physical therapist. Jacob Pierce and staff have been just as great with physical therapy and acupuncture Due to Dr. Grewal leaving I will see Dr. Goff tomorrow morning at 8am. for the first time. I had it scheduled for yesterday after acupuncture therapy but something went wrong.Dr. Was running an hour to an hour and a half behind and I had another appointment. First time visiting with Dr Goff. I Liked him immediately. Easy going, excellent balance of being a real and trusted professional and being laid back with customers/patient. Was very thorough and comprehensive in his analysis of my holistic health. So far it’s been great!

Probably the most incompetent office in San Antonio. Took 30 minutes to bring me back to the office. Then I sat in the room for 2 hours. Every time I went out to complain they said I was next. I caught them lying as the Dr walked into someone else's room before me. Don't go here, the other reviews are likely fake.

Dr. Goff is amazing. His bedside manner is very compassionate as well as professional. He is attentive and listens. He makes a treatment plan with you and what your needs are. Highly recommend Dr. Goff!

Thankful for the services for the Medtronic implant, the pain on left side of the body is almost gone????????

I have never felt as comfortable as I do with Dr. Goff. He is genuine and he listens. I have been made to feel like over and over again that my pain is in my head or that I am faking it. Dr. Goff is the first MD that did not make me feel that way.

Dr Goff is very professional and supportive.

I was referred to Dr. Goff for what I thought was lower back pain. After examining my symptoms prior to injection Dr. Goff determined that the pain was actually from my hip. He changed the order to treat the hip to reduce the pain and followed up with an order for an MRI to understand the magnitude of the issue. I have referred Dr. Goff to others in the community who have used him for their pain issues and are also very pleased. He is very compassionate physician who will listen to your problems to try to find the correct solution.

If you’ve tried back injection after injection without results, ask Dr. Goff to explain the Vertiflex procedure to you. It has been the only thing that has helped me. Dr. Goff was great, he is very personable, a credit to his profession. He listened to me and made me feel like he really wanted to help. He took his time and asked me questions. Anyone seeking a good doctor should look him up.

If you need relief from pain, good luck. You'll have to wait at least 2 weeks or longer. If you call and ask for something better for the pain, don't bother, take a tylonal. His coordinator was rude, didn't listen or let me speak, she kept talking over me. If a tylonal worked for the pain why would I bother going to the doctor?

Dr. Goff is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have seen here in San Antonio. He spends time listening and really hearing what is going on with his patients. I cannot express my appreciation for his care. I had a Rheumatologist for almost four years here in San Antonio. He never spent more than five minutes every single visit. Dr. Goff spends the time necessary to know what is going on. Dr. Goff is absolutely amazing! He is the first physician I have seen in a very long time that actually LISTENS to me when I tell him what is bothering me. He answers any question I have and does a wonderful job of explaining to me what the plan of action will be. During procedures, he tells me what is going to happen as he is doing it. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is happy to brainstorm with me about different solutions. The doc did what the VA couldn't and he is prior service doc so he knows how to handle adverse effects that veterans suffering from PTSD can have with procedures and is more than willing to accommodate those needs. Great doc I'm glad I found him!

I recently started seeing Dr Goff, for low back and knee pain. He's kind, compassionate, conscientious and concerned, with my well being. My previous pain mgt doctor didn't take the time to listen to my issues, and often passed me off to his PA. I'm now receiving the care, that I've been lacking. Dr Goff has been my pain "manager" for almost nine years. During that period he has performed numerous procedures, mostly back and hip. Through his years of tending to wounded warriors he brings cutting edge methodologies and techniques to bear. His professional decorum is without peer.

Dr. Goff treated my husband while being seen at BAMC last year. Within 3 hours of arriving at the hospital we had a diagnosis and treatment plan. My husband underwent a vascular surgery and Dr. Goff continued to check on his recovery. The level of care we received was above and beyond. You can really tell he has a passion for medicine and cares about his patients.

Dr Goff listened to my concerns. His expert knowledge in pain medicine enabled him to pinpoint the area that needed an RFA to relieve months of pain I was having. He is extremely knowledgeable in pain management, sympathetic to your issues, trustworthy, and professional. I very strongly recommend this very caring and personable doctor.

I needed a fairly routine procedure for my back, but my insurance was sending me to a neurosurgeon with a 3 month wait. I needed the procedure sooner rather than later. I contacted him and he was able to schedule my procedure within 10 days. Extremely competent and thorough, he and his staff ensured that I was taken care of in a compassionate and professional manner. I would recommend him highly for any orthopedic concerns.

Dr Goff was friendly, caring, and knowledgeable about my condition. He created a comprehensive plan for treatment, and worked with me every step of the way. Even after recovery, he has been readily available for followup when needed.

As a CRPS and Chronic Pain patient for most of my life, I have had many more doctors over the years than I would have ever expected, or would like to admit needing. However, Dr. Goff has been the one doctor who has never given up on me, and has always worked tirelessly, time after time to find a way to help me with pain control and be able to live my life. He has done numerous procedures and surgeries on me, and has always worked to help me get the physical therapy and other treatments needed to help those be successful. He treats his patients with respect, and truly wants to see you thrive, not just as a patient, but as a person. Of course stats are important for every medical provider, but Dr. Goff truly just wants whatever is best for you, whether that helps his career or not. I have nothing but respect and admiration for him as my doctor, and I would not be where I am today without his help.

Brandon Goff served as my primary care physician in the early 2000s when I was assigned to the Pentagon. Bright, personable, caring and (most importantly) enormously talented and competent. Indeed, he was instrumental in detecting my early stage prostate cancer, which likely saved my life. He continued to treat me for my chronic lumbar spine pain for years. In that capacity he has provided great guidance and interventional pain procedures for me and hundreds of wounded warriors at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio. His retirement is the Army's loss - but I strongly recommend him to anyone seeking pain relief and a caring physician.

Without a doubt one of the best experiences I have had with a medical professional. He was kind, attentive, honest and thorough. I would recommend him to not only friends but my own family as well.
