Great staff, great doctors, I would recommend this practice.

Very helpful and seemed to know almost immediately what the issue was.

He is very nice , explains things to you And the whole experience is great.

Great office great doctor I was Going Out of town the next day and they worked me in. Wouldn't think it's going anywhere else?

The staff at kcuc was friendly and welcoming. Dr Kramer was friendly, knowledgeable, spoke plainly and clearly, and provided matter of fact advice and Council. I heartily recommend Dr Kramer.

Dr. Kramer willingly takes the time to explain what's going on and how his prescriptions will benefit the patient. He answered all my questions and I left feeling confident of success.

Personable, thorough, knowledgeable. Office and supporting staff are also excellent. I feel well cared for.

Excellent doctor and person!

Nice, down to earth guy. Knows his stuff. Able to answer questions that we had, calm nerves, and gave options. Would definitely recommend.

Great Dr.

Explains everything so that you can understand.

Apparently he was behind schedule, but once in the exam room, Dr kramer took his time to diagnose and suggest treatments.

He is a doctor you can trust and that's the highest compliment I can give him.

Quick and efficient. Got in and out really quickly but still felt taken care of. Talked over options for stone and stent removal and let me choose what fit best for me

Dr. Kramer is an excellent physician. He has explained the treatment options thoroughly.

Dr. Kramer aways listens to what the issue is and will give you unbiased options. He is very personable and does everything he can to make you comfortable.

Great visit. Dr. Kramer is professional, personable and very easy to talk to. He explains everything and makes sure you know what's going on and are comfortable with the results. The staff is very polite and the office is really nice. I highly recommend them all.

Dr Kramer is a fabulous Dr! Never in a hurry, with great wit, and bedside manners! I travel back to KC from Fl just to see Dr Kramer - highest confidence in his knowledge and care.

I think Dr. Kramer is very good. I trust him and that is something I have a hard time doing the past 10 years is trusting doctors. Have had very poor care from primary physicians. Searching for new one..

Dr Kramer in my opinion is one of the best Urologists in Kansas City MO area. His expertise in robotic surgery is a plus. He is the best in his field.

Dr. Kramer is easy to communicate with, we felt we were being heard.

He is a great doctor! but trying to get someone to answer the phone is ridiculous! I have left several messages and still never get called back.

Dr. Kramer is very thorough and very personable. Without his persistence and dedication to make sure I got the best care, I may not be standing here today. I will be forever grateful that he found my cancer and thanks to him, I am about to celebrate 4 years cancer free. Thank you, Dr. Kramer!
