We have had many issues that we have had to deal with having had 3 of our kids in braces, and every single time when we have called they are always ready to help get us in quickly! I like to think that we're their favorite...then when I'm there at the office...I realize that everyone is their favorite! Thank you Dr. Thomson and staff!

This was my first time to visit Dr Thomson after my orthodontist retired. My retainer came unglued over the holiday time. When I called the receptionist was nice and tried to worked with their busy schedule and my schedule. Dr. Thomson seemed to be nice and approachable.
