I wouldn't recommend going to this guy he is very rude and snotty and every time you try to talk he will cut you off..

What a quack, cleared to work after 3 broken ribs, hurt hip, and reinjured back that was broke in my 20's. He works for the companies, independent exam what a croc!!!! His ASSISTANT looked like she just came off a serious bender, dirty is a better word. I'm glad she kept her distance!! I never left the the table, a few moves, exam over!! Wow!! First off, he was highly inappropriate and asked personal questions in front of everyone in the waiting room. The ladies at the front desk were very nice, but seemed very quiet and almost scared when he came out to speak to me. He made me sign paperwork with a list of all of these inappropriate things he wanted me to sign, indicating he didn't do anything inappropriate. I have seen a lot of doctors and never have seen a document quite like this. Overall I was very uncomfortable and he was extremely unprofessional. He gave advice and when I questioned him, he agreed with the questioning but said to act on the advice regardless of the disturbing consequences. Dr. Weiner is very rude, disrespectful and always states that you are not having the pain you present or that your injury is impossible in the way that has happened. I wish he suffers from all these injuries and pain which I experience. I am very sure that he must be making lots of money from these insurance companies by screwing people legit cases. I have never posted anything negative about a service provider because I would never want to hurt someone’s career! But I have to say, steer clear of this doctor! I went there in the beginning of January because I was experiencing severe knee pain in both knees. This doctor was rude, insensitive, and had absolutely no bedside manner whatsoever! Not only that, but he misdiagnosed me he minimized my symptoms and told me that I should just take ibuprofen and come back in a couple of weeks! I was not satisfied with that answer because he would not even listen to my symptoms, all he did was move my leg and told me that there is not much he could do- didn’t even do x-rays. A few days later, I found a much nicer doctor at Crystal run healthcare who Was not only thorough (he actually did x-rays and was surprised the other doctor didn’t!) but also extremely kind! That is very important when going to a doctor; that you can feel comfortable telling him or her what is wrong and they actually listen to you! Obviously people don’t want to go to a doctor unless they HAVE to- especially with Covid. So anyway, the new doctor that I saw diagnosed me with arthritis in both knees! That actually makes sense to me because my knees didn’t just start hurting for no reason, as Dr. Weiner implied!! So not only was he rude, he was also incompetent and misdiagnosed me! Of course they billed my insurance! Which they should not have. I called Middletown medical 4 different times to tell them about my experience and I tried to make a formal complaint but the supervisor never called me back! I have to definitely agree with a few of the past comments in regards to this supposed Dr. Weiner! He is def getting paid from worker’s comp to deny legit claims of physically not being able to do prior to an accident. He wouldn’t even look at the X-rays that I was told to bring on discs! The examination was a joke! How do you take the credibility of a man that doesn’t even review your X-rays. I was told “ I read the reports”! He literally jotted on a paper and scanned the injury. There was no in depth of nothing. He probably doesn’t even read the charts! Asking stupid questions like well what did the Doppler/X-ray say?didn’t I just give you it but you refused to look at it. I don’t have the credentials to read it. You do! Take a look. Oh and they have someone in the parking lot to take pictures of you getting in the vehicle! My ride picked me up. WE saw YOU with the big brown/red hair lady and your plates! The reception staff is disgusting and disorganized! They legit call someone outside to let them know you are on your way! Dr Weiner has done an outstanding job with not just one, but both of my shoulders. Surgery on the first cleared up an extremely painful and essentially useless shoulder that had resulted because of years of abuse playing sports and some heavy lifting. Nearly 10 years later the other shoulder began giving me trouble. Dr. Weiner tried different options to avoid a second surgery, but we again came to that need and I again am quite pleased with the outcome. I’ve never experienced or witnessed any of the behaviors I’ve seen others post. Perhaps those acting unscrupulously to acquire some type of benefit would prefer not being called out. I find his bedside manner and tact to be appreciated. I have no problem seeing or recommending him for any orthopedic needs. Excellent physician. I have used him several times for myself and family. There is no one I would trust more.

It was great. I have been a patient of Dr Weiner for many years. He is attentive to your needs, and has always been there when I’ve needed him. He is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. I would recommend him without question to my family and friends.

He definitely lives up to his last name. He was so nasty and rude for no reason at all. If you can go to a different Dr do yourself the favor and do so. Glad I only had to see him once but I’m sure he’ll lie on my IME records because of the crap mood he was in.

Agree with previous statement that this dr is awful!!!! He accuses you of lying or faking your Injury and that’s it’s not as severe as one claims. He stated the other doctors were wrong and was just overall rude and unprofessional. Best part was being told to find work that doesn’t have any restrictions and not to be “dramatic”. ???? yup! His definitely getting his pay cut from worker’s compensation to bad he forgot his oath to help patients. If you have to go to him please record your visit and take someone else with you as you are allowed! Spending my own money out of pocket for treatments ($3,000+)and he Meets you for less than 15 minutes and says your pain isn’t real and the other doctors are wrong. My first visit with dr weinstein was great. He was calm and answered all my questions about pain injections. We discussed an exercise plan to continue after the injections. He was kind and I did not feel rushed. Office staff was super friendly and helpful. he diagnosed my tendonitis in my elbows yet offered no treatment. I went to him a month later with sever wist pain and he did nothing.he told me he did not want to oder anymore unnecessary expensive tests.3 days later I had to go to the ER and was told I have severe dequervains tendonitis and i was put on prednisone and codine. He made me feel worthless and as if i was a liar. I would not go back to him again. This actually the most painful condition I have ever had and he was content to let me suffer.

Dr. Wiener and his staff were very comforting .He discussed every detail of my treatment and Ifelt very at ease and reassured with his bedside manner.

Complete a s s h o l e Dr who has no empathy and a total disregard for patient welfare - Ask before allowing interns to enter the exam room of a partially naked female patient and interview with sympathy and understanding - this guy has none of these traits.

Dr. Weiner is another doctor in the pocket of big insurance companies who pay him to shed negative light on legitimately hurt workers on workers compensation. I know because he made it a point to tell us today. Quite rude and easy to make aggitated his office in Albany only does IMEs. Any doctor that will take villainous side cash is not someone I’m cool with. Quite condescending and bad is secretary record the exam which is a violation of a patient’s rights. Stay away.

This dr is short of being disrespectful he lack manner and does t seen to care about his patients seems more concerned about ones history then present health concerns would not reccomened this place to anyone

Dr Weiner walked into the room with a blank notepad, no charts or records, in fact, I had to provide him with my exam reports during my visit. He was short with me, not very becoming of a doctor with a patient. He wrote a negative demeaning narrative to my insurance company which we were very shocked about. Arrogance is not the word for it. He even had an argument with his staff in the hall about what insurance accepts what, and he was wrong. For a patient who is in pain, he was the worst.

He was rude, short quipped and generally really unpleasant. I would absolutely not recommend him. It was most likely the least nice office visit I have ever experienced.

The reception staff definitely needs a lot of training Their knowledge and ability for customer service is terrible I will never refer anyone to go to regional orthopedics and pain management in Middletown for that reason
