Awful customer service by staff. If a doctor makes a decision to put gatekeepers between himself and his patients, he’s responsible for their behavior. My wife had an appointment at 9:30 and arrived on time. She had preregistered online. After sitting there for 15 minutes while the receptionist Ari-something I couldn’t understand dealt with two other people, she told my wife she was late and would have to reschedule. “Ari” said my wife didn’t do the preregistration online, which she had done, but apparently something was missing in their system. How is that our problem? My wife has been suffering with an infected ingrown toenail for two weeks now and has to wait two more weeks to see a different podiatrist. Horrible customer service; avoid this place.

I have been a patient of Dr. Whitaker for close to 25 years and I wouldn't have it any other way! He listens to his patients, tells you what options are available and actually cares about you and your well being!

Was a new patient but as soon I called for appointment and said that I was in pain, they took me in right away. The staff and the doctor, Dr Whitaker were professional and friendly and took care of me right away. No long waits. Great place .

Dr Whitaker fixed my ingrown toes about 6 months ago and they look beautiful now and most importantly, pain free! His great sense of humor put me a ease, he answered all of my questions and had a very through exam.

Did a great job on my foot. Put in implant and restored circulation to foot. Muscle tone and stregnth best I have had in many years. This guy knows his stuff and is very damm good at it. His staff at surgury is top notch and perfect at their jobs. Trust him, he's a pro.

Dr Whitaker is very professional and easy to visit with to understand what your needs are. I had zero issues after surgery and I highly recommend him.

Went in for a Morten's neurona to be removed. Second toe never regained feeling, turned into a Hammertoe. I have excruciating pain. Can't stand long or walk very far. When I went in to see Dr. Whitaker about it he said, "What you want it to be perfect." So went to see one of his colleagues who had to pin my toe straight. Still have the excruciating pain. Still cannot walk far or stand for very long. Will never recommend this doctor. If I could give no stars I would. Went in for a Morten's neurona to be removed. He pinpointed my pain instantly and resolved it within minutes! Highly recommend!

I had an ingrown toenail. The nurse and Dr Whitaker were thorough in care and explanation. I am thrilled. 100% recovered and feel confident about continued improvement. Atmosphere was professional. Doctor was prompt. Office was business-like. I moved my chair in the waiting room because the seating arrangement made it so everyone FACED the wall. Weird. I moved it back of course to be courteous but a very unfriendly waiting room and to be honest, that doesn't matter when you get excellent care with a professional staff!!! Dr. Whitaker is amazing. This man singlehandedly changed my life. Had a worsening foot injury that he jumped right into to resolve. He is very good at empathizing with you. Within 2 weeks and 3 visits he performed the procedure on my foot and fixed my problem. Amazing helpful staff. He surrounds himself with the best people so he can be the best. Would highly recommend Dr. Whitaker to anyone with foot issues.

Dr Whitaker is amazing and very reasonable. He helped me tremendously after I broke my foot on a summer internship to Tuscon.

I had torn a few ligaments in the foot and ankle and had 2 surgeries prior to seeing Dr. Whitaker. He took images right away and said he knew where at least part of the issue was. A few weeks later I was prepped and under the knife. He found a tendon and a ligament that was severed for 5 years. He reattached them and I can now walk without worry of follies my ankle. I saw Bradley Whitaker. While he is a competent podiatrist, his office is too overstaffed to provide good service. They were aware of the excessive cost of the equipment I received and did not call my insurance company to ensure that it was covered. Instead of paying the $50 the equipment actually cost I paid almost $250.

Relieved the problem I had. Still some pain, but much less and a different. Very caring.

Excellent! Referred by friend. Last year I went in with high expectations of which Dr. Whitaker superseded. He was knowledgeable getting right to the point explaining problem and possible cures. HIs informative manner instilled understanding, faith and trust in his judgment. He didn't hesitate to offer immediate relief for a try...it worked. He is a pleasant guy who knows his profession. I will never hesitate to return. Last night I think I broke my foot. He is seeing me in TODAY. He and his staff are all real. So wonderful to have a caring office to turn to. Excellent! I was not warned that sanding of bump-like calluses was not part of my office visit and I was subsequently charged the excessive amount of $115. I called the provider?s office because I thought that it must be a mistake and was snippily told that it was not a mistake. The bumps are back as the provider predicted and it is just over a month. I would have much preferred being charged for the removal of these aggravating bumps. I am $115 poorer and have nothing to show for it.
