Dr. Waterman is the most effective Dr. I have ever had. He takes the time with all his patients to explain options, procedures, and predictive outcomes in very clear and understandable language. His humility and kind service, and extreme competence places him as one of the top 2 physicians/surgeons in my lifetime. I only rated him 5 stars because 10 wasn't an option for this survey. My experience with this doctor has been the best care I feel a human being can receive from another human. I highly recommend Dr. Waterman for any male health issue you may have. Words really can't describe his professional, kind demeanor and conduct. I am fortunate he is my Dr.

I was left in the exam room for over an hour. When Dr. Waterman came in, he apologized for the wait, he was consulting a patient diagnosed with prostate cancer. I can appreciate the cause for the delay. What was unacceptable was not being informed as to why there was a delay. An update from staff would have been appreciated. When Dr. Waterman did come in, he was rushed, entered a few notes into his laptop, performed a prostate exam, and left. Ever since Granger Medical took over this practice, the quality of care has declined-not just with Summit Urology but with other practices taken over by this group. Everything seems to be rushed, maybe trying for quantity rather than quality. I have left other practices taken over by Granger Medical, I am making the same consideration here.

Dr. Waterman explained what was going on with me and reviewed the CT scan with me. He gave me options and recommendations for my treatment.

The poor coordination and communication are beyond the old ‘staff shortages story’. It takes 2-5 days to hear back from their offices. Only one of the last 3 emails sent to me were correct. And staff told me, they couldn’t explain it. I can live with a 15-20 minute wait in the lobby and even another 15-20 minute wait in the little room waiting for the doctor, but my wait was 40 minutes in the lobby and 40 I. The doctors room and i still never got to see the dr. My time is just as valuable as the peoples in this office, but I did not feel as though that sentiment was shared. Who knows how much longer I would have waited had I not decided to leave after an hour and 20 minutes of pure waiting. I could have been reassured by the staff at Granger, but I was only met with ego responses and impatience when I asked someone if I was going to be seen. I would never recommend this location and hope that you would choose a more reputable medical facility like the U. I wish it wasn’t like this, but I have not been this disappointed in service in a while. The last 3 appointments it has taken 1 hour for the Doctor to see me on May 2 it was 1 hour and a half .

Bradley J Waterman was very professional and quick working when I got my vasectomy done, but he also had a sense of humor and kept me engaged during the procedure which kept me distracted.

Dr. Waterman is a highly skilled and professional doctor who takes the time make sure his patients are kept informed of their health and their options for treatment.

Dr Waterman knows his practice very well. He is very through with each appointment. He does not rush you. He makes sure you completely understand all information he gives you. He types your visit as he does the appointment with you and reads back to you all that he has written to make sure it is correct. He takes care of all your needs when you come. Even things that may arise during your appointment that you had not anticipated. Because he does this it might be a good idea for his office to space the appointments further apart. Had MANY questions. When he couldn't answer some of them he face timed someone who could answer them. So professional and was willing to say that he didn't know everything. WONDERFUL VISIT!

Dr. Waterman has no compassion I had surgery with him in January I’ve been in the ER four times since it did not work he has no bedside manner he told me I am lazy and need to lay upside down on the couch and left several stones inside of me and is not good at communicating I will not see him again please don’t waste your time going to the doctor
