Very friendly, knowledgable, thorough, and down-to-earth! Very efficient as well! Once you've been going to him for a few years, he really starts to understand what your preferences/styles are and has recommendations ready for you if it's time to get a new pair of glasses. Also very budget-conscious too! I've been going to him for 5 years now and am always very impressed with the service & level of attention during my exams/selecting new frames. The entire staff is always willing to help with any questions I have in person or over the phone. Dr. Smith and his entire staff do an amazing job with customer service and patient care.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Smith. He’s very attentive, always seems to be mindful of what’s best for my eyes (and wallet), and is very easy to talk with. Unlike another reviewer’s experience, when I took my broken glasses in to be replaced after more than a year, to my surprise he told me they were under warranty and quickly had them replaced. Dr. Smith is very personable. I appreciate that he is down to earth and helps me get the best eye care, glasses, and contacts for my money and what insurance provides.

Dr Bradley Smith has been nothing but a great doctor for both me and my husband, thoughtful and professional in every way. Right now he is replacing a pair of glasses that revealed a flaw (after 6 months) at no cost.

I've been seeing Dr. Smith since he took over the practice of my previous eye doctor. I could not be happier with the service I have received. I wear both glasses and contacts and also dealt with a rare eye condition called Thygeson's - Dr. Smith and his staff have been terrific taking care of all my needs.
