One of the front Desk staff is very difficult to deal with. And make sure your insurance is willing to pay for the visits, they are expensive out of pocket.

The staff here is awesome!!! Chantelle and Dr. Dunston took the time to actually teach me about what they were doing instead of just moving me along. Unlike many doctors that leave you in the dark as to why they are doing tests or prescribing medicine, at Dream sleep they helped me to play a role in my healthcare. They both seemed to genuinely care and want to help!

Shantel (Sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) and the group was AMAZING. Recently released for DKA and I must say they are not only FAST on getting back to you for the referral but are professional, fun, and upbeat - Greatly appreciate Shantel and Dr. Ron with their info and assistance. The entire process was simple and easy to understand / follow. Thank you guys and God Bless.

This is a less welcoming place than it was when I began to see them. Things other than patient care have become more important to them.

This was the best experience I've ever had at any doctors office from the front of the house receptionist, to working with Chantel and Ron. It was such an amazing experience to be able to not only get the help needed but also have the knowledge about sleep apnea in order to get proper treatment.I 100% recommend this office for any sleep needs. Chantel is very welcoming as well as knowledgeable and she made it feel like a comfortable home vibe. I appreciate all they've done to help keep me sleeping great!! Ron also was helpful in reguards to being able to relate to certain things and allowed me to leave the appointments knowing Ive recieved the best options available.

It was my first time being seen here. My primary care had sent a referral over and I had gotten a call days later! They scheduled my appointment the following week! I met with Marissa A, and she was very knowledgeable and so sweet. She listened to my concerns and explained the sleep study to me! Ronald then walked in and explained what they were searching for and he was so kind. I then had a follow up the following week to go over my results I met with Ronald and Chantelle V. They went over everything with me and made my visit enjoyable and comfortable! I will definitely be recommending to my family!!

I would like to leave a good review for Chantel. Who was very helpful, concerned, informative and got me in sooner due to my high risk. Made me feel at home and knew what she was talking about. * HINA FOLLOW UP REAPONS. we called the office to let you know we were having car problems (responsible) and were there with in the 15 minute “allotted” (again responsible for my tardiness. I SHOWED UP. I know that the time was already schedule out and you could have gotten my 10 year old in. Your response is a literal JOKE. Most patient friendly places would have let us in the office was NOT that busy and I had to wait in line behind a man and his son to get checked in. We called to let them know that we were having car troubles. We got there within the 15 minutes time frame and when we showed up they refused service because we were 2 minutes late because there was a man in front of us. My husband was supposed to receive an email prior to this visit to fill out over 50 questions about his sleep habits. He never received such an email, so he arrived 30 minutes prior to his appointment and started filling out this questionnaire on a tablet. When his appointment time came up, he was told he was out of time to fill that out and he would have to reschedule his appointment. He asked if he could take the tablet in and continue filling it out while he waited for the doctor, and was told no. His appointment was canceled, even though he was 30 MINUTES EARLY and started immediately filling out the questionnaire. I would NEVER recommend this office. If they can't cooperate even a little bit with patients, especially those who drove 90 miles to be there, then they aren't worth your time. Doctors have no problem making YOU wait when they are running behind, but God forbid you be finishing up THEIR questionnaire while speaking with the doctor. Don't waste your money because that's all they did for me. They said the insurance approved but when they recommended treatment the insurance wouldn't ok it. Said it was my fault and now I get to redo it with a whole different company. Called me to schedule yearly appointment, which I attended and paid my copayment for, then a year later they tell me they didn't get the referral they were suppose to so my insurance won't pay. They called and informed me that even though they didn't do it right I am responsible for the bill and have to pay. I called my insurance and was informed too much time had passed to fix it or it would have been a covered visit. When I called the office back and asked, so because you didn't do it right I have to pay, I was told unfortunately, yes you do. I will be looking for a different provider that doesn't practice such shady buisness procedures. Bradley Smith should not be a doctor he gave me meds I told him I was allergic to and laughed in my face and I left the hospital after him giving me a blood pressure pill and putting me in NICU for 3 days cause it caused my blood pressure to drop to 11/40. Run for your life

Unfortunately for a beautiful place I was mistreated as a veteran. I have Blue cross insurance and paid for it for 38 years and I was denied coverage at Dr.Bradley Smith office incorrectly and then I was rudley callled 4 hours later to return the testing machine today. They thought I really did not have insurance. Sometimes folks judge people and then categorize them like I was a medicare patient whom are treated as they are not human at this office. Sad set of folks that threatened me 100 a day fine until BC BS gave them the approval. The approval came and my bill is 1400 dollars no show charge..I had to get an administrator for the insurance company to cal.them so they do not send it to collections...one of the perpertrators at that office put in my chart a note that says I stated and is false "I have better things to do" they lied on a medical.chart and posted this in my medical records... be careful.. dont go..it is not worth the negativism and stress.. the light will shine somewhere else.. Update...December 2, 2020 I was again called and harrassed by yhe office for a 1300 no show charge,and they still will not let me see the doctor... i have great insurance BCBS ..they will not give me the needed sleep stufy by using tactics that they can not fit me in..this is their modem of operation....I knew I would never get the sleep study appt and returned there equipment. This happened 3 months ago and they are still tryingvtobcharge 1300 for a no show thatvthey would not schedule...bizarre. I asked for a poditive resolution and to finally complete the sleep study.. she said she will not allow that...and that i need to pay a 1300 no show charge. She said that i will never be their patient and she refuses to schedule me...but wants 1300 dolllaes for a no show...you make up your mind ,whats going on and be careful there. Lord please help people to be less egoistic and to not try to strong arm folks with threats of collections for self induced pleasure. Especially to a veteran. The staff and Dr Smith are kind. I’ve had two issues. The first issue is they could not figure out to submit bills for payment in the way the doctor said they would. Finally after four months, it was taken care of. The second issue is trying to get new supplies. They gave me the run around. I had just had surgery and could not drive. They offered to deliver them Which was so kind but that never happened. Then the following week the supplies were on back order and I could go through another DME company but that is a joke as well. I really am sad to write this review. I do really like Dr. Smith and most of the staff. The office manager Hina is very rude and unprofessional to deal with. If it was not for her, that place would be getting a higher rating from me. Office of Bradley W Smith sent my bill to collections without even contacting me. I was unaware of a bill that should have been covered 100% by my insurance. By the time I heard about it from the collection agency it was over a year old. Due to the age of the bill/visit the insurance denied the claim. I sent it to appeals with the insurance company and again was denied. In order to restore my credit (dropped from excellent to fair) I had to pay the bill. It is my word against the Chief Energy Officer, Tammi John that I gave my insurance card at the time of visit (I always gave my insurance and drivers license). It was also my word against the Tammi John that I gave my mailing address to the office (I always give the mailing address because we do not get mail delivered to my street address) Dr. Smith's office billed to the street address so I never received any notices. Everything was great until I decided to use the in network DME company for my insurance to get a bipap rather than Dream sleep itself as the cost difference is significant. My self, my insurer, and the DME company have all contacted the sleep center and have still waited several weeks for the orders to be sent.
