Bradley Jay Sandler

I have been treated for various eye problems for the last ten years by Doctor Sandler. He is great. Cataract surgery. Great. My previous experiences with other Doctors was no where near his expertise. Place is always clean and PPE is observed contrary to a review on this website. Germ freaks will never be satisfied with this planet.

I honestly loved going here to get my eye exam. All of the staff were really kind and understanding. I forgot my insurance card and had pictures on my phone so they just had me email it to them instead. The doctor was also very nice and there was not an awkward or uncomfortable moment of silence when I was there.

It was a full house so the wait was long, but the staff remained cheerful and so the wait was not at all annoying. Seeing Dr. Sanders see patient after patient without a break and still greet each one with a smile earned much respect for me????

Professional, caring staff, modern clean facilities. Dr. Sandler is just the best! His relaxed manner communicates complex medical details making them easy to understand. I have a very high confidence with this provider.

I felt very relaxed. Dr. Harder was so sweet. He took great care in explaining what was going on with my eyes. I really look forward to seeing him again. The office staff was just as pleasant as the doctor. I was seen immediately. Thank you.

Outstanding customer service, knowledge and professionalism.

The office staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Sandler and staff are very nice. Office and waiting area is clean. Sometimes the wait is long, but you get excellent health care.

Very enjoyable and informative visit. Procedures went quick and there was really no waiting. The doctor I spoke to at the end of the visit was very friendly and insightful. Highly recommended.

Was referred to this provider by a retina specialist that I was seeing. Wait time is beyond normal. During one appointment I was there 45 minutes after closing... the total appointment time was over 2 hours for a <5 minute procedure. The icing on the cake was my last appointment, when one of the assistants advised me that they planned to do a refraction test for eyeglasses. I informed her that I had to wait until I was cleared by my retina specialist before any prescription for glasses was to be written. They billed me anyway and when I called to dispute the bill, they said that I signed a paper saying it was "ok" to do so, even though at checkout when they said that I owed 55 dollars and when I explained to them they acted like it was fine. Weeks later I received the bill in the mail. When I called and explained the situation to them I was given the runaround by the staff. will never go back to this establishment again!! BEWARE!! Bradley Sandler a MEDICAL DOCTOR of vacaville, CA began a minor procedure on the eye of of my 89 y.o friend WITHOUT proper PPE. I looked up when she said ouch & he was literally inside of her eye with out gloves on!! & when he walked in the room with the probe in hand he didn’t even sanitize his hands! Then when I mentioned to him to glove up since WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC he said ”to protect me” ((stupid question)) I replied “NO HER“ he says “I didn’t see on the news that you can put germs on another person by touch“ as he is PURPOSELY & ANNOYINGLY touches around my friends face!! I then said to him, you’re doing a MINOR PROCEDURE I thought you were supposed to glove up with every minor procedure & he mocked me & said I’ll put it on for your comfort.” in my mind I’m going nuts in disbelief....FOR MY COMFORT!?!?!? I am a medical worker with Sutter health. & whether I had any sort of knowledge or not he should know as a DOCTOR about germ transfer!!!! Thats common freaking sense!!! That’s why we sanitize/wear gloves so that we don’t transfer germs!! what a pathetic, stupid & unprofessional response he gave!! I mean, that’s part of the reason as to why we’re wearing a mask around our nose & mouth AND a face shield to protect us from germs entering the ocular mucosa or membrane causing an infection or disease!!!! Stupidity. I do not recommend him. I would understand if he forgot to glove up & said oh my apologies Here let me glove up & then proceed. NOT “I didn’t see on the news that you can put germs on another person by touch.” Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. Stupid. RETIRE.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Got eye surgery and it was less painful than I thought. Doctor was very nice and explained everything to me

I had an appointment with Dr. Sandler on March 26 at 10:50a.m. I was early. I waited over an hour and half before I was finally seen. I did not complain. However, when I made the required followup appointment I decided it would be wise to take his first opening after his lunch so I could be the first patient. This followup appointment was made for May 7 at 1:00p.m. I was early again on May 7. After waiting until 1:30 I finally asked the receptionist if Dr. Sandler was in the office. She said he was. I explained that I have terminal cancer and it is very difficult for me to keep these appointments. Then I told her I could not do this anymore, and left. The receptionist working the desk that day will remember my comments if she's asked. Although I spoke in a normal voice, others in the office behind her also heard me. Dr. Sandler appears to be the only NorthBay ophthalmologist in Vacaville, and I cannot drive to Fairfield. I do not recommend him unless you are willing to tolerate their poor management. This place is by far the best eye Dr. Experience I've ever had, everyone was so polite, profesional, and so respectful, I came here to have a chalazion removed, and throughout the entire visits (I had two) I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely be making this place my go to eye specialist for my family and my self.
