Dr.Jacobs was extremely nice, calm, and informative during an uncertain time for me and my husband. He took the time to answer all of our questions without rushing us, which meant a lot. We will continue to follow up with him!

I was referred to Lyndhurst by my primary physician. Dr.Jacobs is the Dr. I was given. On my first visit for an exam to see what my problem was Dr.Jacobs made me feel at ease. I have been a patient at Lyndhurst for over 5 years now. I have seen multiple providers there during my time with them and have yet to have an issue with anyone on their staff. I have seen Dr Jacob’s for several years during that time he has always treated me well. I have recently had to have a hysterectomy. Him and his staff are always friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend Dr. Jacob’s!

Very confident in the pretreatment... explanation for what he was hoping to try to fix my problem. Overall experience was exactly what be said it would be...I had to wait longer for my healing than what I thought I would. But it was worth it in the long run. More satisfied with intimacy with my spouse!

Dr. Jacob’s was excellent at listening and explaining options and procedures. He was not aggressive in recommending surgery but happy to take an equally successful in office procedure. Dr. Jacobs and his staff are awesome. You just do not feel you are in for a doctor's visit. His nurse Rebecca is the best at returning calls and always a warm welcome and eager to assistant. Becca the check in your room assistant has the most welcoming and seeing you out personality to make you feel special. I love these this practice and these people.
