Never go there I tried to book appointment with one of the staff after I gave her all the information she said can you let some one speak better English more than you I told her I gave you all the information can I speak with your manager so she hung up the call after waiting time over 30 minutes..she is very rude unfortunately I didn’t catch her name she is extremely rude

I have known Dr Fink as my physician/surgeon for several years. He is always professional but caring and listens to any questions and concerns I may have. He is also considerate of my lifestyle and activity level when developing a treatment plan. I highly recommend him.

The Dr.'s staff is VERY rude and inconsiderate. For example, call his office and you will wait on hold for at least 8 minutes BEFORE getting to a live person. And that person usually has an 'attitude' like you are disturbing them. Then because Dr. Fink "prefers" to fill out work forms a certain way, I am in jeopardy of losing my job. He is very robotic, seems uncaring, and totally disregarded what my concerns were. I was put in touch with him due to a work injury, and I totally regret it. I've spoken with others, and I've heard nothing but bad reviews about getting care with him thru Nazareth hospital. These reviews, coupled with my own experience, caused me to terminate my treatment with him. If you are able, do all you can to get care with a different Dr. The Dr.'s staff is VERY rude and inconsiderate. Good Dr. doesn't play around gets the job done nice personality good staff

Expect to wait over an hour past your scheduled time of visit. He and his office has no regard for patients time:

I wouldn’t refer anyone to this Dr. You have to sit for over an hour just to be seen and once you’re seen he doesn’t give you a proper exam. He’s rude and so are some of his staff. The office is old and smelly. Worst physician I ever encounter in my life. I’m so glad I don’t have to see him again.

Completely inadequate front desk staff. Demanded payment before I ever saw the doctor. Strange because I don't have a copay. They had pre-filled out a claim form with the different codes for a consult, INJECTION and more. I told them I refused to pay for an injection BEFORE EVER SEEING A DOCTOR. When I finally did see the doctor, the experience was no better. He wanted to cast my leg for a patella subluxation. Ever heard of muscle atrophy? I got a 2nd opinion and so should you!! BEWARE

Dr Fink performed a shoulder surgery on me one week ago and demonstrated outstanding bedside manner. I am a 32 year old male who is currently out of work due to my injuries and he has done every thingthing possible to get me back together. My last Ortho told me there was nothing further he could do, however Dr. Fink found injuries that others missed and repaired them in a 2 hour arthroscopic mini open surgery. I am looking forward to rehabbing and hopefully getting shoulder back to new. -JC-
