Less than good. Should have gone elsewhere to have partial done to accommodate pulled tooth. Came back didn't fit. I won't pay for it as now I will have to go to a professional Prosthedontist to get a new plate. The one done through Gelph's office falls off, doesn't fit. NG. Excellent for dentistry only. Dental hygienist outstanding. Constant turnover front office. In experienced others. Be careful.

New to Charlottesville, needed a new dentist and Dr. Delph was recommended to me. A very good choice. He and his assistant Cassidy provided first-rate dental care. And, his front office team of Bree and Sydney were professional and efficient.

There was some confusion. If the dentist had just come in himself and taken 5 minutes or less to answer a few questions instead of his assistant taking 5 minutes after every question, that they themselves had already answered, my entire appointment would not have been wasted and i could have had the work done for which I came in for.

Going to any Dentist is not fun but with Dr. Delph and staff, no problem, great staff.

This is a great place to take care of your dental needs. The staff is always caring, friendly and upbeat. They will bend over backwards to help you. Dr. Delph does not try to push treatments you don't need. Just what it takes to keep your teeth healthy. He will work with you to keep your care within your budget. He is skilled in a multitude of dental procedures and strives to take care of all your needs without having to send you to other providers.

Upon entering the office I was greeted with a smile that was captured through the masks with a heartfelt good morning ! Everyone I had contact with were very friendly and professional. Dr Delph was very gentle with me. Thanks to Charlottesville Dental .

5 stars only because 6,7,8,9 wasn't available. Wasn't really excited about having to get implants but this place is FABULOUS!!! Dr. Delph, Cassidi, Karen, Bri..... OMG!!!! Friendly relaxing welcome as you walk in. Assistant explained everything that was going to be done and what I would feel during the process. Even explaining as they went along. Dr Delph and Cassidi both made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. When I left, my blood pressure was much lower than when I walked in??. Great place and highly recommend.

I have continued counting on Charlottesville Dental ever since Dr. Delph took over the practice. The staff is always very professional and well organized. I have always received top-notch care and have never encountered a problem. I was also quite impressed with the steps the practice has taken to deal with the pandemic. Appointments have been streamlined and every precaution is taken from masks and hand sanitizers to screening incoming patients with digital infrared thermometers.

Dr. Delph and his staff were very professional and I am confident that I received the highest quality examination and care at my initial visit to his office today. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Delph and his staff.

Sloppy work. Went here several years ago to get a whitening treatment, have some fillings redone, and fix a chipped tooth. Whitening treatment was painful and did very little to whiten though my gums were bleached for a few days. Filling was not properly fitted, so I had an uneven bite down- ended up having to go back in to get it redone. Had a chipped front tooth that he promised he would fix. Had to remind him to do it at the appt, but it is not fixed at all. It is like nothing was done at all. Overall, a waste of time and money. I moved to another location and much better prospects available now.

Everyone was friendly and nice..office very clean..got an appointment very quickly even though first visit there. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Relocated to the Charlottesville area and stumbled upon Dr. Delph's practice. Overall, I was impressed with the level of service. Appointment scheduling was very convenient through the online request tool. Staff were personable and made me feel welcome and comfortable. The office is clean and orderly with COVID safety measures in place. The quality of care was great as well. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs dental services in the Charlottesville area.

You won't find better! Receptionists: welcoming, engaging, know their patients by name, always friendly and respond to calls/email Hygienist/dental assistants: very caring and compassionate, take the time to get to know their patients to attempt to make the visit more comfortable, explain what they are doing so you know what to expect, truly great encouragers. Dr. D although more quiet, very knowledgeable and thorough, always ensures you are comfortable, pain free for procedures before proceeding and let's you know if you will feel pressure or something beyond what you may anticipate. Facility is very clean. It's easy working w/ them to schedule, they're flexible and understanding of both your time and your out of pocket, seem to have most up to date technology for various types of scans/x-rays. I neglected my dental health and they have turned it around and are understanding of my dental fears. I choose to drive 150 miles round trip to use this wonderful facility.

This was my first visit to this dentist and upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. I was very impressed with the attention and amount of care they took with my dental examine. It was really a thorough examine by Dr. Delph and the dental assistant. It was quite obvious they care about their profession and their patients, answering any questions or concerns I had with my examine. I felt this was by far the best experience I have had going to the dentist. Betty

I have walked in to Dr Delph in severe pain and never walked out in pain. I trust Charlottesville Dental and will keep coming back in the future. They treated me during the pandemic when no one else would, I am never going to forget that.

This is by far the best dental office I have been to. The scheduling is always convenient and wait times short. This is the place for someone not so happy with their smile to go. Dr. Delph and all of his staff are outstanding! I came to him in the fall of 2019 because of an emergency situation and they took me in immediately and were able to resolve my dental situation. Dr. Delph is a dedicated, talented, and serious dentist - no nonsense, no jokes - just a "get down to business and resolve the situation at hand" doctor. I am so happy to have found him!

Good dentistry

The front office staff has great chemistry and make you feel welcome and the dental hygienist is top notch. Dr. Delph is great about explaining procedures and treatment plans. I highly recommend Charlottesville Dental Care!

Dr.Delh is quiet but very knowledgeable. He uses the latest equipment for pain free dentistry and he has an excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Delph is very soft spoken, but has got a well informed team that works well together. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They know who I am when I call and when I come in. Very helpful! Dental care isn't always affordable, but having a wonderful staff, makes it worth it!

I have always had a great experience with Dr Delph and staff. Friendly and thorough cleaning every time. My only complaint was on the last visit. I got a pinched nerve right before the appointment and they wouldn’t let me reschedule without paying a fee. I sat through the cleaning in pain. they were very gentle in my cleaning but it would have been better for all if I could have rescheduled. That wouldn’t stop me from going back but that policy needs to be looked at.
