Dr. Chrisjohn is a wonderful doctor; a true partner in my healthcare decisions. I respect his medical knowledge and I appreciate his kind and thoughtful bed side manner. I would highly recommend him.

Always a good one. He cares, listens to you, and is very patient. He explains things well. I truly appreciate him and am glad to have him as my doctor. I've never found him rude or uncaring. He does tell you what you need to hear, but he doesn't force you.

I chose Dr Chrisjohn through my HMO plan. When I went to make an appointment his office stated he isn't accepting new patients. He should let insurance companies know this ahead of time. Now I have to wait 30 days to see a new doctor.

Literally the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chrisjohn for about 5 years. I have had good experiences overall but the reason for my review is my most recent appointment, last week. He was running REALLY behind on his appointments and I was getting frustrated. I figured he would rush me through my time because it was getting late in the day. To my surprise he did the opposite. He asked me several questions, listened to my answers, prescribed some meds, and gave a few other suggestions to help me. He didn't rush me at all!! I would definitely recommend!! Ethical treatment, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely caring.

I have been a patient with Dr. Chrisjohn since 2012. Truly do not understand the negative reviews because I have NEVER seen any indication of what was stated. Now, he is direct and will tell you what you NEED to hear, not so much what you want to hear. I know others who are less accepting of the hard truth and reality. At any rate, I have found Dr. Chrisjohn to be professional at all times, concerned, knowledgeable and quite personable. I will remain a patient of this very good doctor.

terrible, didn't explain anything. didn't listen to my questions. was rude and didn't seem to think I knew anything about my health.

I absolutely LOVE Dr Chrisjohn! It took me a long time to find a doctor I’m comfortable with. He explains things so I understand clearly & listens to my concerns. Highly recommend him.

I have been going to Lee Summit clinic for 22 years. My doctor retired and I was displeased do you have to go to a new doctor I loved my doctor there. Much to my surprise Dr. Chris John is very pleasant personable and easy to talk To. He is an excellent doctor takes his time make sure you understand everything he is. saying and has never let me in the wrong direction I'm very confident in the fact that he's an excellent choice of doctor for anyone. I have recomended him and will again!

Adequate doctor who does not work well in tandem with the patient. Limited bedside manner who hates to be questioned for justification, yet requires it of you. Nurse team is great! Old offices with few comforts. Exam rooms have poor air quality and circulation. Doesn't provide a roadmap to patients for care. Very dismissive to patients. Improvements are needed. Interaction makes it seem as if he's doing you a favor and you're taking too much time. Uses technology but it contradicts.

We have been patients at Lee's Summit Clinic for about 20 years with Dr. Chrisjohn as our primary care physician since he joined the clinic many years ago. We have always been impressed with his direct approach to discussing medical issues and willingness to share information. My husband and I and our four children have always felt comfortable discussing our problems with Dr. Chrisjohn and are very satisfied with the care we've received. I would recommend him to anyone needing a primary care doctor. Saw Dr. Chris John, after seeing my husband we were pleased at first .He immediately did an x-ray then sent him for an MRI, It showed several issues with my husband showing the reasons he was in so much pain. Dr Chris John refused to help him with his pain management pushing him off onto a neurosurgeon. Almost a week later the neurosurgeon still has not received his referral and he will not help my husband. My husband is to the point where he cannot move due to his pain level. This "doctor" will not help him and the neurosurgeon wont talk to us till he gets his referral. Very disappointed in the care we have received at this location. Doctors are suppose to help people not push them off onto someone else. I understand doctors not wanting to give out prescriptions for pain killers, but when its so obviously in need of it. Its neglectful to keep someone in this amount of pain when they have proof that there is something physically wrong with him.
