This doctor required payment with a debit card for $500 for the initial visit. We paid. After that, we asked that the visits get put on our medical payment card. The doctor's daughter works the front desk. She said she would stop billing the debit card and use the medical card. I found out later that she continued to bill the incorrect card. They are now threatening to send us to collections because we disputed payment and asked for transfer to our fully loaded medical card.

Dr. Murray gave me more thorough eye exams than my eye doctors at Kaiser. I am sorry that he is retiring; I will miss him and his excellent service. I had double coverage for vision and I always had to go back and get his prescription to give to Kaiser when their glasses weren't quite right. I have astigmatisms. My daughter and family also went to him and are now being seen by his partner, Dr. Shin. They are quite happy with Dr. Shin.
