Great experience- 10/10 Highly recommend- but wait until I am done seeing him so he doesn’t become unavailable!!!

Dr. Matthews was supposed to repair my right rotator cuff. For some reason there were complications and tremendous pain but I never saw him once after surgery. His PA continued to increase my pain medication but there was never any other kind of follow up. I went to the emergency room three times because of unbearable pain and Dr. Matthews was never available to return calls or consult with me. His office finally turned me over to a pain management specialist. After eight months of desperate measures including physical therapy, stem cell therapy, epidurals, and other injections and thousands of dollars wasted to no avail, I finally found a surgeon, who after looking at my MRI found many complications. I just recently went in for three hours of repair caused by the original surgery. Damages included broken detached anchors, masses of tangled sutures and holes that had not been repaired. I am angry and feel neglected and rejected and deeply hurt. I cannot recommend Dr. Matthews.

My experience with Dr. Matthews and his staff has been outstanding. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Dr. Matthews and his PA, Aaron Paxman; they took the time to explain everything about my procedure and to answer my questions. I was very anxious about my knee surgery and the doctors and nurses all treated me with such kindness and consideration; the surgery went very well, and I would highly recommend Dr. Matthews to anyone.

Doctor Mattews was all smiles.He explained the surgery and recovery to me so I completely understood. I would and have recomended him to my family members. I have seen many Doctors in my lifetime (63 years young) and have had quite a few procedures so I speak from experience when I say you are going to love this Doctor.

Dr. Bradford Matthews was recommended from a friend and I was so glad I went to him. He was able to get me into surgery right away and he reattached 2/4 of my rotator cuff tendons. This was my 5th shoulder surgery so I have had experience with other surgeons. Even though this was a major surgery I am already feeling better than I was pre-surgery just two weeks post surgery. I can barely see the two small incisions he made on my shoulder. He explains everything so well.
