Dr Colen shoots it to you straight. I appreciated his blunt forward conversation. He confirmed what my inner voice was saying but I continued to try to ignore it. Change doesn't come easily. Sometimes you just need someone to bluntly say it is okay to change life. Give yourself permission to grow beyond other's needs and expectations!! Offered no real insight and sat with the bill in his hand the whole time

I’ve had my fair share of experiences with psychiatrists and he was by far the worst. Do not recommend. Find someone else.

I went in with anxiety and depression. Came out suicidal. He showed no care or concern. He told me he had no idea what had caused my problem and I just needed to figure out what I wanted to do. It was a nightmare. How he still has a license amazes me. I wish I could give less than one star. He caused more damage than help.

Dr Colen is a horrible P Doc. He doesn’t show a modicum of respect or concern to his patients. He is very condescending, and unprofessional. Not something you need when you are experiencing the crippling pain of depression and anxiety.Going to appointments with him caused me more anxiety than I already had. Three visits amounts to nothing but a referral. Wouldn't it be awesome to charge so very much for nothing at all. I was able to tell Dr. Colen more about my meds than he knew, then he tells me on third visit that he doesn't deal with meds at all. However, he never talked about anything that wasnt related to the meds.
