Dr. Brad P. Glick

Terrible customer service. They made a mistake with my appointment and they did not have the professionalism to sort it out. They made the appointment in my daughters name and when I arrived with my son they said the doctor could not see him. That is ridiculous specially when I called in twice to let them know they had the wrong name. No effort what so ever to solve the problem. The doctor had the time because we did have an appointment. I spoke to office manager and she made no effort to help or to lose 2 customers/patients. What is wrong with doctors’ offices in general in this country? So frustrating after you wait months to get appointments

I don’t think this doctor is a good option for POC. I went for a skin exam and he would just say I don’t know about this because your skin is just SO dark! I have a medium olive complexion so if you have a tan I would not recommend him because he just doesn’t know about our skin and asks you what you think, what’s the point of going to the doctor then? I will say the office is very beautiful though. I don’t think this doctor is a good option for POC. I went in today, 11/16/2021 to ask if they accepted my insurance and if Dr. Glick did I would like to make an appointment. I talked to Tiffany and she said yes to the insurance and have a seat and I’ll be right with you. I sat for over 10 minutes and Not a word from her, even as she sat and sipped her drink. Not a good impression for me. I decided to leave as she Didn’t pay Any attention to me waiting on her. I see why there are SO many Bad remarks about the receptionist, I’m guessing Tiffany is the reason. Needless to say. I’ll find another dermatologist in the area. I give this office 1 star, and that’s for the nice receptionist. I’ve never met the doctor only his nurse practitioner . She made me feel like I was at a Walgreens make up counter. Not to mention she don’t listen and over talks you. She recommended that I take medication from a psychologist if I needed to see one , just because I had a list of concerns about treatment. I went in for a full body check. I did not see Dr Glick. I was happy with my appointment and treatment that day. My biopsy came back for Basal cell carcinoma. This is where it all went wrong. #1 I had 3 conversations with staff to be sure to apply my secondary insurance to the procedure I would have. I was told I would be called to inform me it was covered or what would be owed at the time of the procedure. No one called. I called back, once, twice, still no answers, until finally I was told 'we don't bill secondary, you pay then can get reimbursed' the day before the procedure. I cancelled the procedure to contact my insurance on my own and figure it out. That was last week.#2 Today I get a bill from them for the biopsy, telling me I owe them money $47.96. the bill also shows 'patient paid $37.21' for that day of visit. I look back to my bills, I paid my $80 co-pay. I plan to find a new Dr. Not because I don't like him or their Dr's but purely due to the staff and incompetence. I went in for a full body check. Dr. Glick is great. I only saw him once in the past but he makes you feel you are in good hands and he also came highly recommenended. I just wish the staff at the office answered the phones or returned voice messages. It took me 4 weeks of daily calls and messages (I even though they might had closed the practice) to be able to make an appointment and the staff memeber who finally answered the phone was anything but friendly. It made me feel I was bothering her by trying to make an appointment with the Dr, which I have to warn you, it will be in 3 months.... but he is worth the wait. The 1 star goes to the staff. You will never get to see how wonderful of a doctor he is if you don't get to make the appointment. Dr. Glick is great. I am very disappointed and annoyed with the service. I called and set an appointment. I never received a confirmation. When I called again, they couldn’t find the appointment. So disappointed. Do better

Reception people are ruder than rude, and if you haven't called several months before to schedule an appointment, good luck. I was laughed at for simply trying to book an appointment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Glick for at least 10 years (possibly more, it’s been that long). Always professional, thorough in checking skin, many beauty marks and freckles. I have been a patient of Dr. Glick for 4 years now and I can say that immediately after making my appointment I feel a tremendous sense of relief knowing that my skin issues will be resolved completely. Dr. Glick takes the time to explain, listens to patient concerns, and works with the patient lfor a win win outcome. And I always win going to Dr. Glick because he is an exceptional doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. Since I found Dr Glick I feel like I won the golden ticket and I am so grateful. So here’s an update from my last review! After reviewing my experience of getting verbally abused by my dermatologist, Allan, two days letter they sent out a letter. No not an apology like you might think but they’re letting me go which I’m fine with but they didn’t call to let me know so this letter was written a week ago and I got it today. Keep in mind my treatment is accutane which is extremely time sensitive and to get an appointment with another dermatologist will probably take about a month. I need to have blood work done every month along with a check up to get a refill.They gave me 30 days of course but the 30 days let’s up on the day of my next appointment so now I need to somehow get a dermatologist before my current prescription runs out :) awesome! Literally they could’ve called so I could at least have more time to get someone else. So yeah only come here if you’re cool with getting verbally abused and doing absolutely nothing about it. They dropped me because I left a bad review. I paid for a $60 5 minute appointment just to leave crying with no answers on how to help my skin condition. I highly recommend Dr. Glick. He’s the BEST! I have terrible psoriatic eczema but the way he’s helped me manage it, compared to others my age (68), it’s a rash. The big thing is that he LISTENS to you and tries new things. Thank you Dr. Glick!

I was referred to Dr Glick by a PCP and I am extremely satisfied with the service. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous and the doctor is thorough yet efficient. They treated me for my concern and had me out the door within half an hour of my appointment time. Let me start off by saying I understand I am not the easiest patient. The whole dermatology situation makes me queasy. With that being said.... I LOVE THIS OFFICE! I have always had the best experiences here. But yesterday topped them all. Tomeka, Allen, and Caryol were beyond amazing. This office actually cares about you. They want you to feel comfortable and they take care of you (even when you’re a little bit queasy.) the wait time is practically zero, the office is beautiful and clean, but more importantly the staff is beyond amazing. I have been to numerous dermatologist in the area. A family Friend recommended Allan Snyder to me. He has been going there for ages he said and he found a melanoma and honestly saved my life. I had a lesion on my lip that previous doctors gave me antibiotics for but never got any better. Mr. Snyder took one look and told me it would not get better on antibiotics and he gave me a cream to treat the area. After a big reaction to my lip it is finally clear and gone. He explained it was probably a precancer or beginning of a skin cancer. I highly recommend this office. I have been to numerous dermatologist in the area. I was a patient of Dr Glick for almost ten years. I NEVER received a full scalp to toes exam, as he was always in hurry. He was always surrounded by students being trained, and was mostly interested in speaking past me to the students. I am currently undergoing removal of a squamous cell carcinoma within the concha of my ear. This was mentioned by me to Glick six years ago; he then passed it on to one of his students who decided to prescribe a steroid for dry skin. I had mentioned it again over the years to Glick that it never goes away, and barely got a response. For any patient who thinks not being kept waiting makes him a good doctor, you need to wake up.........that is not the way to judge

Dr Glick is knowledgeable , Kind, skilled and professional.

Dr. Glick is not only an amazing Dr. . He is also kind, and personable,...my favorite Dr. ever! He really cares about me....and so does his staff. I highly recommend this center.

Dr. Glick is the ultimate professional. Always a great experience, especially because of his attention to detail.

He is a caring, patient and well informed dermatologist. He keeps his appointments on time. I have never waited for more than 10 to 15 minutes. He listens to my concerns including my ups and downs with my skin problem. I highly recommend him.

Amazing doctor with a fantastic memory for details!

Dr. Glick and his staff are wonderful. He’s definitely the best dermatologist I have ever been to and being high risk for skin cancer that’s very important to me! The office is beautiful and there was no wait time. Thank you Dr. Glick!

Doctor Brad Glick and Raymond were super nice and attentive about my concerns! They analyzed me from head to toe to make sure the issues on my skin! They explain carefully what each of them were! I am a patient of Dr. Glicks. I would recommend Dr. Glick to others. But, I have several recommendations. I would like the patient rooms to have a hook on the back of the door with a hanger for our clothing. I mean after all you ask us to unrobe! Inaddition you mark up our faces therefore we need a mirror! You may rest assured that your patients will appreciate these amenities.

Dr. Glick is the first dermatologist I've been to that displays a real concern for his patient's well being. I have a fairly severe case of plaque psoriasis and he understands the plight that comes with it. Dr. Glick everything within his control to make his patients to treat my ailment. My self confidence has taken quite the blow over the years because of the psoriasis and Dr. Glick is doing his best to restore it. Hopefully I never have to find a new dermatologist.
