Do not use this Doctor. In fact run from him . The first time I saw him he was ok but when I sent follow up questions through MYCHART he never answered me. When I went for my follow up appointment he never sent any follow up information. I emailed him many times but it's as if I don't exist. The patient advocates were not any better. Finally after a few days he dropped a half sentence in MyChart that makes no sense

The most insensitive, disrespectful, dismissive, belittling, condescending, unhelpful doctor I have had the misfortune of seeing. Gave vague, poorly explained guidance (most of which was irrelevant to the actual reason for the visit) and asked me very few questions. Cut me off constantly, sneered at the completely reasonable advice other doctors had given me. Petty, vaguely misogynistic, callous, and clearly extremely insecure. Do not recommend. Horrible bedside manner, condescending, interrupts, laughs at his patients’ discomfort and pain. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with an NYU doctor

He is very professional and quickly identified many things never been found or ignored by previous doctors; I would definitely trust his opinion for difficult issues

I am always impressed by NYU Langone doctors, but am especially glad to have been seen by Dr. Chernobilsky, who—in a matter of 5 minutes—resolved a nasal issue I have been dealing with for more than a decade. Really professional, terrific bedside manner, and his staff is very thoughtful and thorough. Kudos to NYU! Will be recommending him to friends.

2.5 stars is just me being generous because after all the doctor was nice and friendly. However, when you go to see a specialist you expect more than just a friendly person. You expect knowledge and bed manners. Those things I did not find in this doctor. -Knowledge: Doctor seems more like guessing about my "condition" and also his "treatment" was more like we can try, as of process of elimination. He couldn't give me a confident answer whether a corrective, non invasive surgery might be the solution, he was not sure and it clearly shows... -Bed manners: While talking to me he inserted a scope inside my nostrils without telling me or explaining what he was going to do and if I had problem with that. Actually because I was not prepared and I felt uncomfortable (physical) from the procedure I moved which resulted in little blood loss which I felt the taste of and saw it in the napkins after I cleaned my nose. During the visit the dr. said he is going to subscribe a prescription ( part of his trial and error) but he probably forgot because after few weeks the pharmacy still doesn't have any order from him. A red flag for me is when a doctor asks to see you after 2 weeks even though he did almost nothing. Follow up... almost 3 months later, I got a bill from my insurance for a $50 copay. I learned that the doctor charged my insurance $1750 for entering a scope in my nostrils for 70 seconds and had to pay for that. Next time, I wish the doctor or the facility would treat us patients with some dignity giving us some heads up, explanation and also clarification whether the procedure will end up costing us or not. 2.5 stars is just me being generous because after all the doctor was nice and friendly. I met with Dr. in late Jan 2018 when he asked me to take a test for sleep apnea. It took about 3 months and many many phone calls to ascertain that my insurance did not cover the test. I finally did an at home test and sent it in. Weeks later I called his office for results and was told he left the practice and the test could not be located. So four months have passed and it looks like I need to find a new doc and test again. He seemed great at first but this experience has been horrible.

I have been a patient of Dr. Boris for a little over 5 years. He took care of my thyroid removal, and my sinus operation in this time period. His professionalism is second to none. I have to take a day off of work to go see him because I live quite far from his office, but it is worth the trip. I highly recommend him and his staff for your ENT needs.

Dr, Chernobilsky is a fantastic surgeon! He did my UPPP and it turned out perfect! I still have some healing to go but it has already changed my life for the better and it looks and feels amazing! He is a true artist! I wish I could post pictures on here. You would all be jealsous of my new uvula. :-) Never had more than a 5 minute wait from appointment time and Dr. Chernobilsky was available 24/7 after my surgery. Office is clean and staff is Friendly. Highly recommended!

I saw Dr. Chernobilsky in his Manhattan office as I have been suffering with dizziness and some vertigo. I was impressed with his services. He was attentive in listening to the problem that I had and worked on it with me, and provided a referral for some additional services. I would highly recommend him.. I had to see him 3 times and the only negative was on my second visit I had a long wait, the other 2 times I was seen almost immediately. The staff were friendly and helpful.
