Such fast and very kind staff!!
Dr Bonnie Grigor showed me such compassion, and how dentist work is supposed to be done and how I could trust and go to the dentist again. Horrible childhood memories of the meanest dentist I’ve ever heard of,other than ones who have sexually assaulted people. He would yell in my face to open wider then physically force my mouth wider. To the point of tearing the crease on sides of my mouth, fat lips, and worse was the drilling or poking. It left me with nightmares. All that from age 8or 9 till I was 17-18. If I said something to my parents they would dismiss tell me to keep my mouth shut and it never happened. When I went reluctantly to dr Bonnie i had to see someone as I had an abscess. I had not been to a dentist since I was 18 and was 51. She was so understanding when she started exam and poked at teeth and when she started with the drill I stiffened in the chair. She asked what had happened. After procedure I told her when she drilled I felt near nothing, I had never felt that.
Dr. Grigor is a fine Dentist. I have had my share of work done. I know a good Dentist when I have been to one. She has good communication skills and cares about her patients. I had one molar removed and have more work to do. Great job Dr. Grigor.

Dr Bonny has been my dentist for several years now. I'm 65 and have seen a number of dentists in my day, and let me tell you: She and her support staff are the best!!

Great dentist and staff and you do not have to drive down death road 1431 to get to them if you live in Lago Vista. Doc Grigor was able to save a tooth of mine and fix a tooth other dentist failed at. I am thankful we have such a good dentist in Lago Vista.
