Dr. Bonnie J. Dungan

She was so through! Knowing the testing was uncomfortable, she kept telling me she was sorry for the pain I was in. She seems extremely knowledgeable in NCV and EMG testing. Very proficient Doctor.

Bonnie has the worst bed side matter and dont listen to the patient at all it really up set me to know she was talking about the other Doctors like they don't know what they're doing

DR Dungan listened, offered good advice, and prescribed effective medicines. Wait time was good and staff was friendly.

My husband visited Dr. Dungan after being seen in the ER for severe back pain. We were then referred to Dr. Dungan. Her bedside manner is horrible. She tried to give my husband an injection and when it failed (because of his severe pain and muscle tightness) she threw the needle down and stormed out without saying a word. She did not come back in the room at that point to discuss further treatment. We are getting a second opinion.

Dr. Dungan not only has a terrible bedside manner but she doesn't listen to the patient. I had 2 experiences with her, 6 years apart. One visit was with my daughter and I left crying and the 2nd time I went for myself. I gave her a 2nd chance because she was the 1st available. Big mistake. I would never recommend her. After explaining to her I didn't want pain meds she tried pushing them on me! Crazy! I just wanted help without meds.

Good friendly staff, she explained my pain, had to go to therapy which helped alot and medications helped some.
