Blake Cady

Blake Cady performed a biopsy on my right breast. He said that I had DCIS and recommended a bi-lateral mastectomy, saying that I would certainly need one in due time as I HAD CANCER. I refused. A year or so later there was a repeat. I asked for something for the pain of the biopsy. Cady said "If that's what you want, find yourself another doctor; I don't do that". Again, DCIS and recommendation for a bi-lateral mastectomy.Cady left for Lahey and I collected my records. In the records were scathing personal notes. "SHE appeared in my office with bleach blonde hair, carefully torn jeans and a florid tattoo".... I don't believe that any of this was appropriate. Not the recommendations for major surgery, nor the character slurs. By the time I was due for a 3rd biopsy I threw up my hands and requested a bi-lateral mastectomy as the biopsies were so painful.
