Dr. Verma is great. Personable, listens to your issues, and doesn't shrug off your concerns, just a great doctor altogether. The nurses and front office staff have always been very pleasant and lovely. The ONLY doctors office I've been to in my entire life that runs on time and is efficient. The nurse took me in, she was giving attitude and not taking me seriously. I felt she was shaming me because I am over weight. I left the office very depressed and unhappy. This happened more than once. Dr. Verma is a great physician, but his nurse in the back is awful. And I will not be coming back as long and she works there. And to top it off, my medication were either called into the wrong pharmacy, or the wrong ones were sent in due to her mistakes. She is a joke!! I don't know what has happened to this office, but whoever that girl is taking patients back has made too many mistakes. She has sent in the wrong prescriptions for me many times, she doesn't understand what I say to her, and she is very rude on the phone. Excellent care , min wait time.

Always available and takes good care of me. Going to this office for two years now.

Dr. Verma is always very prompt and thorough. In and out with the right medicines is what I like. The waiting is minimal and the personnel are very professional and efficient.

If you go to this Dr make sure you know you know your stuff because he will let you just die. If you are elderly please take someone with you that can listen and do some research on what he tells you. Dr now days don’t seem to care about their patients they just seem to be there just for the title. Having Dr doing their internship in this office and the this Dr giving them the wrong information what it’s happening here I can see it in their faces that they know that that was wrong info but who is going to speak up?!? Not until they have a few dead patients it probably won’t be questioned. Please be careful if you see this so called Dr. lookout for your self.

This guy is playing the game. He will pretend to care about you but when it comes down to it, he couldn't care less.

the nurse in the back is awful

Dr. Verma has been mine and my family’s doctor for years and I would highly recommend him when it comes to treatment. The reason for the low star review is that in the recent months I have notice that he has brought in a new nurse and she is not the best. She asks me the same thing over and over and she is extremely slow. The wait time in the office went from being maybe 30 minutes in and out to sitting in the waiting room for an hour before I’m even taken back. And when I am taken back, I don’t even get asked about my medications or anything. The young lady that takes me into the room does the bare minimum with me and practically runs out of the room before I even blink. I hope Dr. Verma sees this review and does something to fix these issues because I really don’t want to change doctors after so many years. Very Clean facility, featuring a warm helpful professional staff whose main motivation is high quality service that I am convinced flows from top to all personnel. Vist soon. You will be pleasantly surprised and guaranteed to recommend them to friends and relatives.

I would highly recommend Dr Verma to anyone! He is very attentive and caring. Goes over test results with you and explains things, and takes time to answer questions. I wouldn't want anyone else to be my primary care doctor.

The staff was very friendly, Dr. Verma however is a different story. My visit with him could not have been worse. I indicated specifically on the forms provided what I needed refilled, my money was taken and Dr Verma refused to refill or offer a solid alternative. As terrible and myopic as his treating philosophy may be, I accepted his decision and kindly requested my funds returned, No! Even if no money was refunded a magnanimous answer, discussion about my health would have sufficed. Awful Dr.
