Great doctor, years of experience and very understanding. My doctor for 15 years now.

Very knowledgeable: keeps current on latest developments in medicine. Excellent “bedside manner” - - will spend as much time as you need listening to patients and treating them. Has a genuine concern for a patient’s well-being. Makes good medical decisions, and involves patient in making them. Offers alternative treatment options if appropriate. Personable, friendly. Dr. Patel, provided excellent care of me and easily explained my condition. Along with providing me great recommendations to improve my health. Most importantly he came across as truly being concerned about the health of his patients. Thank you for the care you provided me today 10/02/17.

Denied medical attention NEEDED for a very old copay I never even knew existed, too a Dr not even related to Dr. Patels office. ( note only copay said owed from over 3yrs prior) demanded I give them old co pay of $25. Plus a¹theirs or wouldn't see me. So pay them a copay I never knew existed, I never revived a bill for and service didn't know I had? After 5 weeks of me trying to get my own last medical records in full to them before would even make appt. All while I was out of BP needs needed and knee injury needed a referral to specialist ( needed and had surgery on with no help and many weeks of pain from Pat in Dr. Patels office) . If you didn't want new clients I didn't need extra stress you should have just said it! And given me time to research a past copay many years old didn't believe mine before demanding I give your office another drs money. Thanks for NOT keeping your oath to help me in need!! The care that Dr. Patel has given our patients at Lakewood Place & River Oaks Place communities is exceptional. His care and compassion to our residents and their families is above and beyond what I have experienced with any other physician, which is why I personally choose to change my Primary Care Physician to Dr. Patel as well.
