unfriendly staff. entirely un-organized. They can get you in right away because they have no clients. Save yourself some frustration and just find a different doctor.

Absolutely atrocious from the redhead in the front to the doctors in the back what can we do test why so we can bill bill bill and God forbid you need any medical treatment cuz you ain't going to get it just like you're not going to get any prescriptions despite the fact they had been prescribed by your neurosurgeon who he referred you to remember the old expression abandon all hope ye who enter here

I have been coming here for well over 20 years and I’ve always had great service from both doctors. I recently moved an hour away, and I still drive an hour to see Dr. Dey. I highly recommend them.

Completely unprofessional from the front staff up to the doctors. They will give you a time slot to come in earlier than they are open, they always insist on bringing in a student to watch the examination of your personal health problems, even if you do not want another individual in the room, they insist it’s helpful. They tried double vaccinating me because they could not read the nurses handwriting from previous.visit. Nurses and other staff are incompetent and will overbook clients knowingly, and when trying to recorrect your scheduling issue they will call you at THEIR convenience and if you do not answer their scheduling error is your responsibility.

We were loyal clients this practice for years, my husband and his family even longer than I. How do the treat loyal clients? They kick them out of the practice? Initially they kicked out my mother in law and sister in law for essentially asking too many questions, literally said you are no longer welcome here we are discontinuing your service and will send your records elsewhere. Today my husband had an 8:30am appointment but the doors didn’t even open until 9am and the doctors don’t show up until 9:30am so how does that work? Well he asked the front desk that question after waiting a half hour just to get inside and get told he has to wait another half hour just for the doctor to arrive and the front desks response was “if you don’t like it then leave”. WHAT?!?! He was asking for clarity on the situation! So apparently we are also no longer welcome at this practice after nearly 25 years there for him and 8 for me. On to better! I don’t recommend anyone waste their time here. They don’t even check you at your appointments they just ask if you are good. There’s a reason they have less than 3 stars even before this review.

Never ever been so upset in my life been there several times and I will never step foot in this office again she does not listen to me her patient awful bedside manner and rude .....Find a new dr DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!!!!

Dr won't give MY records is holding them hostage.. 2 other drs files and now hers... I NEED MY RECORDS

I was recommended to this Dr by a coworker and have been under their care for over 5 years. My care is great and have no complaints. My daughter has also been there and both doctors and staff are very professional and friendly to everyone

After posting my review (letting you to go elsewhere) I received a letter in the mail saying she would no longer be providing my healthcare....I think on these different review sites if they contact the site and say you're not a patient your review will be removed. So, she's rude, she's unprofessional, she's unorganized, doesn't listen to her patient and she's going to leave you high and dry if you post a bad review about her bad service.

caught this doctor UPCODING my office visit & when I called to ask them to correct the claim they submitted to my insurance they were very rude & refused to work with me.

I was in a car accident and because of the concussion and whiplash I had very bad migraines. I went to DR. Dey for relief from the migraines and instead of being kind and understanding because I was in a car accident, she asked me if I always get migraines. Um, no, I don't. If I did I would've let you know when I became your patient 5 years ago!!! Not once did she ever have to give me migraine medication, until now. So, I just feel she was very callous toward my situation and how I was feeling.

They may be good doctors, but I was refused service because, thanks to obama care, my insurance cancelled, and I am uninsured. I was basically told to come back after I get insurance.
