Dr Hill and staff were courteous, friendly and efficient. The exam began right on time, and was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Dr Hill addressed my vision problems not only from his professional expertise, but also from my personal input. He understood everything I was having problems with and worked incredibly hard to find the right adjustments to make my new eyeglasses help me to see again. He explained why I was having this problem, or that problem, and systematically found the right prescription for me. And believe me, his work was cut out for him. I was a mess. And as it turned out we shared memories of growing up in the same area during our high school years. Thanks, Dr. Hill for a pleasant and rewarding experience. Been bringing my grandkids to Dr. Hill for several years and have always received the best of care. He's always thorough and explains where the kids are with their eye health. So thankful to have him available in our town.

My teenage daughter saw Dr. Hill, he spent time with her and worked with her until she found what she wanted. He and his staff were very professional and patient. I took my other kids to see him as well as myself. The staff was very friendly and helpful, Dr. Hill was very professional. Enjoyable experience.

Dr. Hill does a thorough job checking your eyes and explaining the results so anyone can understand. He's easy to talk to and more than willing to answer any questions you may have throughout the checkup process.

Absolutely the best staff and assistance I have ever received! Thoroughly explained my vision, issues to monitor, as well as have professional advice and service on my lenses, frames, and even vitamins to add or reduce. Highly recommend them!

In February,I went in for an contact exam and contact lenses. During the exam Dr. Hill told me I had some scarring from an eye ulcer and that he wanted me to go pick up a prescription for some antibiotic eye drops and to see me back in a week. I was fitted with a trial pair of lenses and paid my copay of almost 80 dollars and ordered a year's worth of lenses. Then be the covid 19 pandemic happened. Now it is May and I have called twice and each time I have been told that I CANNOT pick up my contacts not can anyone pick them up for me... I have been taking care of people that were symptomatic of covid 19 therefore I am not going to risk my life or anyone elses by going out and about and spreading this stuff around but at the same time I would like my money refunded as well as my insurance they billed also so I can go elsewhere or they can offer to ship them to me. I recommend Billy Hill for eye care. He is very honest and I was very pleased with the thorough exam. He told me my eye sight had not changed enough to get a new prescription when he could have sold me new glasses. The staff are Christians and are very honest.

I had several eye exam's with Dr. Hill and he does give a very thorough examination. Checotah is lucky to have him.
