Dr. Biljana Kostic

Terrible. She didn't listen, prescribed medication for an illness I don't have, and lectured me for the entire time about my weight, dragging out every weight loss myth I have ever heard. I have over 30 years' experience with weight loss and know how badly misinformed the general public is, but expected better from a doctor. She was harsh, cruel, actively misinformed, and apparently incapable of listening. I would not recommend that anyone use her services.

The office is always helpful in schedule as soon as they can even through covid . She’s a good a thorough doctor .

DO NOT GO HERE. My last two doctors appointments were cancelled with no warning and now she will not refill a prescription SHE GAVE me which causes serious withdrawal symptoms. They messed up on billing, as well, and never told me. Getting any help from this office is pointless. Now I have to use urgent care until a ethical doctor is found.

If you want to waste your time and do not get any help - schedule your appointment with Shelcie, office manager of Dr Kostic. I did not had a chance to meet the doctor, because Shelcie over the phone scheduled my yearly wellness exam, and then after 1 week called 5 min before the appointment and told that I am scheduled not for a yearly exam, but for the establishment visit with the doctor, and they are unable to schedule a yearly exam at all! When I've asked her why she scheduled a yearly exam a week ago and now she is calling me and saying that this will be some establishment visit she started to interrupt me and hang up on me. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Dr Kostic. I believe she is truly caring and knowledgeable in her field. So happy I found a great health care provider. Doctor wants to rush you through as quickly as possible. Doesn't listen and has a bad habit of making you feel like you are bothering her. God forbid you have more than one issue to discuss. She just won't do it and cuts you off. Acts like the cost of referring you to a specialist would come directly out of her own pocket. Office staff is rude and intimidating (except Nina - she is very nice) Make you feel like you are interrupting them. Don't follow through on getting records to the doctor or returning phone calls. Still isn't seeing patients in person. My vet has even opened up their office to pet parents so this is ridiculous.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kostic’s for 14 years. Establishing with a new doctor is not easy when moving from a long established home from out of state, but I feel truly blessed Dr. Kostic was recommended to me. She has always been thorough and takes whatever time is needed to ensure all questions are answered. The bonus is her sincere and positive outlook and her personal feedback on labs, etc.

Had my first visit with Dr Kostic and I loved everything about visit. From making appointment with Shelsie (over phone) to my FaceTime visit with the doctor. Spent more than enough time listening to my issues and getting my referral to an orthopedic doctor. She’s the third doctor I’ve tried here in the valley since moving here and I’m thrilled I finally got one that knows what’s needed. Also got my prescription ordered immediately whereas I sometimes had to wait a day to get stuff ordered from other 2 doctors I highly recommend her!!!

Don’t go to this quack

Husband spent 3 hours without getting any help. Went to the room he was told to and no one was there. Finally said to go to pdohc in Palm desert.

Only covers her list. Forget about mine. Maybe my 1st Apptmt was a bad day for her. But was also my last. Didn't appear passionate about her career on her way out???? Don't reccomend! Dr. Kostic has horrible bedside manner. Staff is rude. She doesn't listen to your issues or concerns. Staff lies. Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. My whole family changed after continued issues with her and her office.

Dr. Kostic is attentive and knowledgeable. She takes her time with patients and has a professional yet easy going manner. She also involves you in the decisions about your. Healthcare.

Dr Kostic and her staff are super pleasant - go the extra steps to make sure you’re well cared for - very happy!

The rudest most curt doctor I have ever had the misfortune of seeing. 1.5 hour wait. Receptionist merely said we don’t do it on purpose. Saw the doctor Dr. for the first time and all she barely checked was my breathing to which she commented “old lungs, I will send you for xrays, if it’s cancer we will worry about it then”. She also told me my cholesterol medication dosage was WAY too high. Today my bloodwork came back. Receptionist called and said all is good carry on. When I questioned her she said that’s what the doctor said- so I went by to get a copy. Same receptionist said here it is.....I asked for an explanation of my results and when the nurse started to answer me the receptionist, right in front of me, said: I already told him the Doctor said it fine”. The nurse Maria? Seems to be the only one who cares. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO ANY DOCTOR WHO DOES NOT DISCUSS TEST RESULTS WITH A PATIENT. internet time to find someone new.

This physician should not be practicing. She has no interest in the well being of her patients. During a GYN exam, she was rough and careless, even knowing that I'd spent my career as a critical care nurse for over 35 years. Abysmal treatment. I do NOT recommend her. excellent service. medical assistants are friendly, polite, always work with me to get me an appointment with my busy schedule, call me back asap. Dr. Kostic is a wonderful and always makes time for me. she has been my doctor for over 15 years .

I am so happy with Dr. Kostic and her staff. They always work with me to get me scheduled around my busy work schedule. They are engaging and help me optimize my medical and prescription benefits. The office is clean and neat. It is also nice to see a provider who uses the electronic medical record efficiently. My whole family sees Dr. Kostic and we would not go anywhere else. I really liked Dr Kostic as my doctor. Due to insurance changes, and medical group changes, I had to find a Dr who took the new insurance and medical plan. Hope to get her back as my doctor someday.

ORGANIZED! Has all your info handy, orders tests timely AND if it's routine to get blood work regularly she prepares the paperwork for you as you're there, to take with you-saves calling the office. Good staff. She knows her stuff and she is very reassuring. Helpful and understanding. Spends time with patients.

She has the bedside manner of a rock. Her entire staff is Rude. If you stand up for your health and ask alot of questions, they think you are a "problem". Good riddens

Dr. Kostic is a good listener. Even though her office is very busy, i never feel rush. She is helping me manage diabetes well. She also has a good sense of humor. I highly recommend her.

In the beginning she seemed to be a fine doctor. However as our family PCP for the last 7 years her level of service has decreased exponentially. My husband has diabetes, HBP, and High Cholesterol and there have been times when he has gone without his medication because she does not authorize his refills even after several calls to her office. This is unacceptable. Additionally she has stopped listening to patient concerns altogether. To get in to see her is nearly impossible. New Dr? Y
