Great doctor, very thorough

I was referred to Dr. Chughtai by a urologist in Sydney AU, and have been a patient now for several years. Dr. Chughtai is very knowledgeable and capable, as well as being personable and kind. He always answers all my questions. I have a high degree of trust in him.

The doctor saw me earlier than my appointment time, a rarity today. He was thorough, professional and communicated results from his exam and goals for future treatments.

Great doctor. Really connects and cares. Just takes a really long time to get appointments.

Dr. Bilal Chughtai is very personable , inspires trust and also is incredibly meticulous and thorough... does not rush wants to make sure 100% about the patient's condition before going any further with invasive procedures and that is something that is to be respected and appreciated !!! I do and trust him completely!!!!

An absolutely fantastic Doctor with matching parts knowledge, skill, and bedside manner. Patient, caring, and genuinely concerned with the well-being of his patients. An outstanding gem in a day and age when most physicians lack empathy due to tremendous patient overload. Highly recommended.

Dr. Bilal Chugtai is such a wonderful doctor. He is always available to answer my questions and he is extremely patient with my health concerns. His staff is also courteous and polite.

Dr. Bilal Chughtai is a fantastic urologist. Not only is he as sharp as they come, but he's a perfectionist during surgery and employs the latest techniques. He has taken great care of me and I'm incredibly lucky to be under is thoughtful, consideration and knowledgeable care.

Very good experience from arrival on. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Dr. had a lovely bedside manner and made me feel quite comfortable. Would recommend.

Dr. Chughtai is professional and thorough during your visit. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed while explaining everything to you.

This visit was a good experience. I arrived at the office and everybody was mashed. There was a small number of Patient waiting (by design) and were well spaced and many seats had no seating signs. I waited ten minutes and was called in for testing and to see the doctor. I was in and out in little time.

One is inclined to use superlatives in describing experience with surgeon Dr Chughtai. There are many doctors who are competent and a few who are superior; he stands further ahead because he... 1. Evinces compassion & quick, intuitive understanding of patient concerns. 2. Gives exceptionally clear & logically sequential explanations of procedures, benefits, risks & choices to be made. 3. Dr. Chughtai is extremely professional and does a great job explaining what he is doing and works with you to find the best solution. Listens to my concerns and discuss treatments, next steps and procedures thoroughly with you. Impeccable bedside manners. I highly recommend him and his staff and PAs are fantastic as well.
