Dr. Bikramjit S Ahluwalia

I just sat for 1 hour and 37 minutes trying to change an appointment and finally when they clicked over they hung up on me. I've waited up to 4 and 1/2 hours for a phone appointment and have had it with this office. The Dr and PA are nice but the staff is terrible. Why should anyone have to wait for and hour and 37 minutes for someone to answer the phone. No office is THAT busy. Guess it is time to look for a new DR.

Horrible, they over book their patients. They have you waiting in the waiting area hours after your scheduled appointments. They never answer their phones. Receptionist are extremely unhelpful. I would recommend anyone with a serious medical diagnosis to have them as their primary doctor.

Dr. Ahluwalia is a very quality doctor. He is serious, receptive, informative, and compassionate. Very level headed. He truly listens to my concerns, and he is a wealth of knowledge in his field. (Thank you for a better quality of life, Dr. Ahluwalia!) His staff is amazing as well. No matter how busy they are, they keep the office flowing.

Worst doctor office! Forget trying to get through you will be caller 20 in line then it hangs up went your up next . Doctor does not give courtesy call day prior. Went to appt on time to find out doctor was in hesperia. And that’s that I called in morning to confirm you would think they would give the location then. Personal rude not helpful did not want to cal the hesperia office to let them know. Changing my doctor asap. Also waited for this appt 2 months.

Dr Ahluwalia is one of the most caring Drs I have ever met. I worked with him as a nurse and he is my personal dr. He is one of the best!

Have to wait for 30 to 45 minutes for your appointment but staff and nurses are outstanding for their performance. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

You do have to wait a little long some time but me and my wife really like this doctor a lot he is very caring and helpful We don't want any other Dr

This doctor gave me Lupus medicine without diagnosing me with Lupus and sent me back to work without finding out how I will react to the new medication smh he’s a joke and so is his staff so I got Kaiser and after one appt and bloodwork I found out I don’t have Lupus and my Kaiser Doctor told me to throw the pills away and eat better no pills given ! Im glad I got a second opinion! I can’t believe my experience I will not refer anyone to this practice. Will never go there again. The worst office staff I have ever dealt with.

Why is there a busy signal every time I call the office? Why isn't there an option to leave a message? Why doesn't the doctor care that this is happening? If he doesn't know, how can he not? It is NOT okay! I don't care if he is busy. I don't care if the office staff are busy! If this is the case, then he is making enough money to hire the resources needed to be responsive to his patients! If he doesn't care enough about responsiveness, then he is not an adequate doctor - regardless of his good reviews!

I called for refills on 1/3 and they told me me was gone for 3 months. I asked who he referred his patients to. They told me, “ No one. To call insurance Co to get new Primary. They caused me to go into withdrawals 3 times before by not getting my meds refilled on time. This time there was no one to refill my meds and I ended up at Loma Linda Emergency where 4 Doctors are reporting him to AMA. Dr Ahluwalia has been very forthright with me regarding my plethora of maladies. He exhibits a professional demeanor coupled with a likeable persona. I'm grateful to him for accepting me as his patient as well as his care and genuine desire to help me heal. He is extremely knowledgeable and yet has no problem with referring his patients to other specialists if the need arises.

Irene is the worst of his office staff. She argues before there is even a conflict. When she is asked questions regarding procedures for medication, she debated the amount of time my parents were patients there and they should know this information. Another response was if they aren’t happy they can go somewhere else. After informing her that her comments were not called for since there was no complaints, she then tried to make excuses. It’s very discouraging to know that this is who so many elderly have to communicate with in order to get medical attention. I`ve been seeing Dr. Ahluwalia for about 4 years now and he is a very knowledgeable, kind and caring Dr. He is also patient and takes his time, I never feel rushed. His staff is also very nice. He encourages me to call whenever I need medication refills, and everytime I have called the staff has been very prompt in contacting my pharmacy, usually within an hour or 2 I'm getting text notifications from the pharmacy that my refills are ready to pick up. Dr. B was the one who got me tested and found osteoarthritis on my back and hip. He's an awesome Dr. The staff is Awesome too.

I recently went to Dr Bikramjit S Ahluwalias' office in Hesperia. The lovely staff was super nice and Dr Bikramjit S Ahluwalia was a true gentleman indeed. I don't care if the staff is rude in a medical facility; what counts to me is how the Dr takes the time to listen to my symptoms and immediately takes care of the issue with respect and dignity, which is the reason why I enjoy talking to Dr Bikramjit S Ahluwalia. If all your fellow workers don't like you, but your boss loves you, why are you going to hate your boss!?

Dr. Ahluwalia is a great listener. He hears w at your saying and will discuss options for your care. He is the best doctor I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend you try him.

I’ve had Dr. B for about 10 yrs now! He’s a great doctor. Quick and knowledgeable and compassionate. He listens to my concerns and ASKS me what I’d like him to do to help. I’m proactive in my health care and he encourages that. The only problems I’ve had have been with some of the staff but that was a couple years ago. But I don’t hesitate to let him know or the staff in a kind way. His current staff is friendly for the most part. I highly recommend Dr. B as a rheumatologist and GP. Does not answer phone. Requested equipment for assisted living over a week ago (walker, bed pan etc..). I found out today they haven't even submitted it yet.

The Doctor is GREAT, however the staff is beyond garbage. You can't even get them to do ANYTHING. It's truly a joke.

If you have nothing better to do this is the place for you you can watch TV read a book whatever you like except be seen. If you care about your medication treatment being on time every month do not go here!! My dr started me on a new treatment 2 shots a week for 5 weeks then one after that eack month ,then nothing. Dr. Ahluwalia is a nice man and his nurse practitioner is kind as well. That is the last good thing you can say about this office. My wife has been seeing this doctor for several years and Everytime she needs to have her prescriptions refilled the office says ok we LL take care of it and just like always 2 months has passed and they still have not sent the renewal to the pharmacy. She likes the doctor but the staff and who is in charge really needs to do their job. WORST DOCTOR AND STAFF EVER!!!! I had an appointment at 9:45 am and he didn’t call me until 12pm. My phone didn’t ring and the only reason I know he called was because I received a voicemail. I called his office back and his staff kept saying he will call you back after this patient. They also advised me that they think they were having issues with their phone because I wasn’t the only patient that stated they only received a voicemail with no missed call. At about 4pm I called to follow up again my appointment was at 9:45am and the staff said we have to reschedule, when I asked why they didn’t tell me this the first time they said I’m not sure you should ask the doctor. I said I had been in and out of the hospital all week and had to wait a month for my appointment they said there’s nothing they can do. DO NOT GO TO HIM!!! Hes a very nice man and used to be great. my family have been going to him for over 12 yrs. but now? absolutely horrible. the staff is incredibly rude, snarky, and dont care about the needs of patients. Dr. A and his Pa dont seem to care about his patients either. ive been in chronic pain since i was 13. im now 3 2 and no where closer to figuring out whats wrong. i have to force them to help me. i missed my apt by 3 mins and was told that my apt would be rescheduled, when i explained i had been on hold with their office for the past 25 mins and desperately need this apt i was rudely told 'if you need her so bad then you can go to the ER' i cant believe i pay these people just to sit on their thumbs. save yourself, find a better doctor

I have not seen or talked to a doctor for 7 months. When you call this office you can call as many as 45 times with a busy signal before getting through and then your put on hold for 10 to 20 minutes before anyone answers your call. The staff is extremely rude and talk to you like they are doing you a favor. The communication is horrible to say the least. You have to explain yourself to a condescending person who will talk to you like you don't matter. I had a prescription at my pharmacy for 4 days before anyone let me know because no one called me back to let me know it was there. I was severely sick and going to an urgent care or hospital is impossible at this time. My over the phone appointment was a disaster. I barely missed the call but by the time I get through 20 min later it's considered I missed my appointment. And the lady spoke to me like she was doing me a favor by me being a patient. I'm done. I'm going to find a doctor who cares enough to control his / her staff.

Dr. Ahluwalia’s staff are so rude it’s not worth going to him. He’s not the only Dr in the valley, save your self the stress and go somewhere else.

I went into Dr. Ahluwalia's office last Thursday for a shot of Humira. Only one person was wearing a mask. Being high-risk I did not appreciate it. I was also made to wait 40 minutes when I was the only person in the waiting room. Getting real tired of the long waits while his staff sits around and gossips, laughs and socializes. It was pointed out to me by another patient who spoke spanish that his staff talks about their patients in spanish because they think no one can understand them. Dr. Ahluwalia is a good doctor, but his staff is very unprofessional. When you ask his staff if Dr. Ahluwalia can contact you it never happens. Constant problems trying to get them to send scrips to pharmacy. I heard there was another Rheumatologist in town. Going to check him out.

Get a new receptionist, as RUDE ROCIO seems to be too incompetent to do her job to get anything done right, and then have to deal with her nastiness to get problems corrected ...If you don't like people, and are not there to help, you should find somewhere else to take your unacceptable attitude.

Waited for 2 months to get a appointment, my test reveals I do have RA and yet he gave me 5 minutes of his time did not hear anything about me just ordered more test and xrays said to come back in 3 weeks and walked out ! Not to mention the waiting time was 1 hour In waiting room and I told the nurse my pain level was at a 8 .. and then had me wait another 30min to get the paperwork for X-ray and blood work did not leave there until 5! Very satisfied with my care, got a next day appointment for an urgent problem, the nurse practitioner was very thorough about my healthcare and addressed all of my concerns.

I have been going to Dr A for over 5 years, even before this new office. He has helped me and I really appreciate him as a Doctor and a Professional, but his staff on the otherhand are complete non professionals who never have a smile, kind word or the needed grace to deal with patients. Dr. A is absolutely wonderful, and he seems to genuinely care about his patients. He is overbooked, however, and plan on being there for about two hours. The staff there are friendly, but they don't seem to be very knowledgeable about anything pertaining to medical. Or maybe they are afraid of a lawsuit or something

First visit with Dr. Ahluwalia today. After reading reviews here I was a little concerned about wait times and the staff. Everything went as smooth as could be, doctor and the staff were great!

When I make my appointments I make them on my day off from work. And I plan nothing else that day. Take me something to read or just watch tv. I think Dr A is worst waiting for and just wait patiently for my turn. I travel from Barstow. And staff is great

I have seen my share of doctors, so I know when I find a gem. It’s usually that you find a good doctor and the staff is bad or vice versa. Dr. Ahluwalia and his staff are top notch. I showed up for my appt at the wrong location, and they called the other office for me to let them know what happened. Then there was an issue with my referral, and Gricelda went above and beyond to help me get it sorted out so I could still be seen that day. The nurses are very friendly, and their and the Dr.’s genuine care for their patients shines through. His approach is that we are working together to improve my symptoms and auto-immune disease, and I appreciate that approach. I have had doctors in the past rush, and bark what they think at me, dismissing my concerns. You won’t find that here. Wait time is ridiculous even when you have an appointment. Dr. Bikramjit won't prescribe medication that you request to try for pain. I will never go back. Trevinder Ahluwalia though on the other hand is a good dr and is very professional and kind.

Waited to be seen for 3 hours , regarding a serious health concern. And my last appointment I was supposed to be expecting a urologist referral and never received anything. I don’t think he actually cares about any of his patients.

Save yourself the trouble and do not go here. I decided to not make the first appointment due to the poor care that I received from the staff at this office. The staff was rude on the phone and I was on hold for almost 20 minutes. A lady that would not give me her name would ask me if it is ok to put me on hold but she did not wait for my response and put me on hold automatically instead of helping me. I tried to tell them how I felt and I was told they didn't care. This is the worst I have ever had in customer service. Save yourself the trouble and do not go here. Staff is always awful and rude. They hang up on u multiple times. And they refuse to do anything that doesn't involve sitting there on a phone all day. I've always like the actual Dr. But I wish he would hire better staff that were more professional. And less teenage drama princesses.

Dr. Is great but a little over booked so you have to wait way over your schedule appointment time. Staff is nice and office nice and clean.

I have to say Dr Ahluwalia is an amazing doctor and in my 46 years dealing with doctor's he's by far top shelf. Dr Ahluwalia takes his time and listen, he is very professional and makes you feel like he cares. I have to say the staff of lady's get a -1 star. They make you feel like it's such a major Hassel for them to do there job. They give you such attitude. I spent 24 min and 32 sec on hold to ask them to fill a perscription I called in the day before in the morning, only to have them give me major attitude and hang up .They all act like there just pushing a pay check. They need to go back to school and learn professionalism and a way better bed side manner. He is excellent. I wish the office staff was as good.

He's my primary doctor! The best doctor I ever had! He is a busy doctor and the wait is worth it!

He was my brothers doctor 7 years ago and he did an exceptional until the Lord took my brother home and now the gentleman I take care I take there all the way from Ridgecrest us the staff seem rude but they aren't sometimes when we get in a hurry we only think about ourselves I personally like the staff

Like him a lot, but most patients with RA are in pain, & it usually is a long wait. Unanswered questions, especially regarding the use of steroids. I have terminal conditions, & would prefer to be comfortable!
