2/9/23 First-time visit, Dr. Bijoy John immediately put us at ease. He is very thorough and makes sure you completely understand all and any details necessary. We highly recommend.

It has been a life changing experience to find Dr. John. I’ve had narcolepsy since I was 8 years old, I’m 19 now. After many types of testing over the years, I thought I’d just have to live like this. But Dr. John is a true expert in his practice. He has led and is leading me to real breakthrough in my sleep. It’s definitely a process, but it is so extremely worth it. Thank the Lord, AND Dr. John. ????????

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. John! He listened to me and even though I was nervous he completely understood the sleep disorder I have along with my symptoms and why the protocol I'm on currently is just treating the symptoms of my condition not the root cause. I've been dealing with this sleep disorder for 4 years and he taught me new information about it our first appointment. I'm excited to start our journey to get me my life back and for the first time in a long time I have hope.

Everything was great!

Dr. John and his staff were awesome, very professional with no wait time for my appointment. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable.

Verry friendly and courteous staff. Dr John is equally amiable, concise and addressed all the important areas regarding my visit.

Was charged for initial consultation and did not see Dr. Tried at home test and didn’t tell me my portion of the charges up front. Two appointments in and no sleeping tips other than wants to do more expensive tests because first inconclusive.

I have used Dr. John for about 18 years for sleep apnea. He is very knowledgeable and caring. He is always willing to listen. He was able to correct my sleep apnea by prescribing a CPAP, which I have used for approximately 18 years. I have dealt with one other sleep clinic in the past and they cannot come close to the care that Dr. John gives.

As someone who has worked in healthcare and has family members that is healthcare providers there’s times some healthcare providers are not as personable as a client may like. This isn’t Dr. John!

Dr. Bijoy was very thorough when explaining my sleep study to me. I was unaware of how severe my sleep apnea was until I met him. The office is very quiet and peaceful. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though Dr. Bijoy is out of my insurance bracket I am happy for the detailed assessment of my sleep health.

I highly recommend Dr. Bijoy! I was greeted with a smile at the front office and made to feel comfortable throughout the visit. The consultation portion was thorough and I felt that all my concerns were being heard and addressed.

I really enjoyed my visit at Dr John’s! Him and his staff were super nice and helpful! Super nice office and the latest technology that allowed me to test at home rather than staying the night in the hospital!

The doctor and all staff members were very professional, courteous, and patient with me. I felt like they cared about their patients and wanted the best for them. I had many questions and they were very responsive to them.

I have had troubles with sleep for years and sought out help from a professional. My first appointment with Dr. John left me with a lasting positive first impression. Dr. John showed genuine care and intuition towards my affliction. This is evidenced by the way he sets out to treat his patients. He could just as easily put me on medication and showed me the door but, he choose a more difficult and long lasting solution. I always have a good experience with Dr John. Everyone in his office is prompt and courteous. Dr. John is an excellent doctor who takes his time to explain and answer any questions you have.

Dr John and his staff are the best! They have such a warm and welcoming environment in the office. They are just as nice as the atmosphere is welcoming. The girls at the front desk are on top of their game running his office and dealing with the patients. Dr John is very down to earth and clear on his findings and instructions on what you need to do. Dr. John is GREAT. He takes plenty of time with the patient, explains everything and wants all the patient’s details and problems. He’s always smiling, upbeat and makes going to the doctor so much more tolerable!

Dr. Bijoy seemed to have no knowledge of my medical history at the Aspen Grove office. Two basic questions: Am I sleeping normally and not experiencing abnormal sleepiness? When I showed him my headgear and how the clasps on the sides did not slide into the slots sufficiently to stay attached during a night's sleep, he said there was nothing they could do there. Besides the computer for reading the disk from my CPAP was down. For this I am charged $70.79?

I've been suffering from sleep apnea for 15 years in varying degrees of severity. I finally had to do something about it. Dr. Bijoy John was the answer. My sleep events have dropped dramatically and I feel more energetic, even with two toddlers. He's been easy to work with, friendly, professional, and very knowledgable of my issues. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. John is an excellent doctor. He has great sense of humor, which for me is alwas a plus. He takes time to explain everything. I was not impressed with Dr. John after 1st few visits, I felt he was a little arrogant, but I wanted to give him a fair chance and I'm glad I did. He's wonderful and I highly recommend him.

After experiencing great insomnia followed by addt'l sleep problems I was treated by Dr. John and he immediately diagnosed the problem. After a sleep study and treatment I am well on my way to recovery. Dr. John is heaven sent and saved my failing health. I owe a debt of gratitude to him for getting quickly to the root of my health issue and helping me beyond my insurance limitations. Thank you for your dedication and commitment and thanks to your wonderful staff.

Dr. John seems competent enough. but encounters with his staff have left me bitter and exasperated about wanting to schedule any further appointments. After a slew of frustrating insurance snafus generated by his staff, I suffered the final indignation by showing up for an appointment in Nashville although Dr. John was at his Fayetteville office (which no one indicated). God rested on the seventh day, but it is a shame he did not have time to create a caring staff with some pride in their work.

Prompt, clear, concise explanations of condition and treatment plan

This is my second visit with Dr John. I am extremely hard to please when it comes to my medical care. Dr John is extremely attentive to my questions and give answers that make sense regarding my condition. From Teresa out front greeting you with such warmth to his sweetheart nurse that j would love to adopt this brings my medical requirements to a full circle. Regards Linda Hopkins
