Worse doctor I have ever seen! Had 4 injections into the neck, no PT followup, After my orthopedic doctor had me get a MRI and to PT, Physical Therapist told me he had a lot of complaints about Saini. Said you never have them kind of injections without followup with PT. Put me through tearable pain, almost had a seizure it was that bad. then after he said I could have had sedation, but his team was laughing because I was shaking, said are you cold. Just in it for money over $7000, neck is worst

If I could give him LESS than a one star, I would. Don't waste your time going to him. He's very condescending, doesn't value patients time by making them wait well past their scheduled appointment time, and isn't compassionate whatsoever. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

While referred to as "the best" when it comes to nerve ablation and for his skill in treating thoracic spine issues, Dr Saini is severely lacking in punctuality. I had exactly 3 appointments with Dr Saini, he was incredibly late to every one of them. The receptionists at APM (92nd & Capitol location) instructed me to arrive to my scheduled appointment 20 minutes early, so I could fill out necessary paperwork. I arrived 20 minutes early, I filled out the paperwork, then I waited. My appointment time had come and gone, yet I had not been called back into an exam room. It wasn't until an hour past my scheduled appointment that I was called in to see the doctor (after reminding staff I was still waiting and my pain levels growing exponentially due to the uncomfortable waiting room chairs). This happened with BOTH of my office visits, I don't know what I was thinking when I scheduled my procedure, I don't know why I expected anything different. My procedure was scheduled for the afternoon, due to anesthesia I was instructed not to eat, nor was I to take my regular medicines. I arrived on time, was prepped, and made to sit in a surgical waiting area. Again, Dr Saini was grossly late. At NINETY minutes PAST my scheduled appointment time I asked the nurses when I was going to see the doctor, I also explained my pain levels were increasing to higher levels due to skipping my prescribed medications in prepping for the procedure. What happened after this point can only be described as a joke. I was given medication to take that packed the same amount of pain fighting power as baby aspirin. No one could tell me when I would be seeing the doctor, his surgical assistant had yet to review my films! No one could tell me how many procedures remained before me, my question remained unanswered. Upon reaching TWO HOURS past my scheduled procedure time, I requested a nurse remove my IV, and return my belongings to me immediately. I don't care how well received Dr Saini is among his medical peers, the way he treats his patients is ATTROCIOUS at best. I have never gone back to APM. I have told everyone I know who is considering treatment there to RUN in the other direction, and to do so quickly. In the last 10+ years that I have been dealing with chronic back pain, I have never had such an awful experience. Thankfully I never have him the opportunity to perform the nerve ablation, as I'm afraid of what the outcome would be. Dr. Saini makes every effort to alleviate your pain which was the most important to me.

Dr. Saini is a five star doctor, in my eyes. I have never had a doctor be so spot on in my personal condition and in my spinal injury. He is compassionate, kind, respectful, genuine, loyal, trustworthy, and always there no matter the time of day or night I need him. He will actually sit down and talk to me to help improve my condition and my quality of life. He has a heart of gold and I would recommend him to anyone who has sincere physical pain.
