Doctor is a nice person. But he does not call you back. The Staff does not call you back. I stayed with this practice after our doctor retired four years ago and Dr Mangla took over the practice. Unfortunately the lack of caring and professionalism continues to decline. I have been in pain for 2 weeks, becoming progressively worse each day and finally decided to call the doctor. I had to call 3 times over the next 3 days and just kept leaving a message with the secretary which apparently was just ignored. I did not receive a return call from anyone. This is very disappointing and frustrating for someone who has never called them with complaints of pain before and now is being ignored. This is the first time in four years I have had to call the doctor due to severe pain. I realize these are difficult times but I have been in other offices and care for other family members, which I would rate at 10, and this office was always at 6 and now sloping to 4.
He is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor I have ever had. He takes time to listen to you, to explain clearly, and offer you a convincing treatment. He dictates his report in front of the patient, so it would be more accurate. During my Covid-19 battle, he has contacted me almost everyday to see how I was doing. That is unheard of now days. I am very fortunate to have him as my primary provider.
Dr. Mangla is a compassionate man, giving me the time I need to discuss what is most important to me in that moment. I have never been made to wait a crazy amount of time, or felt rushed through an appointment, and have always received quality and thorough care. Advance appointment reminders are timely. These offices are always extremely clean, and I actually receive a person on the other end of a phone inquiry. The nurses and office staff are wonderful. Kindness and respect from everyone.
